Divya: Maa! Divya ran upto her and hugged her. Amar was confused.
Amar: Maa? Par Divya. Tumhari Maa toh ab is duniye mein nai hai. Divya released and looked at Amar.
Divya: Amar ye meri Maa nahi. Ye Muddassar ki Maa hai.
Amar: Oh. Aap ander ajai. Divya escorted Muddassar's mom in. They sat down.
Muddassar's Mom: Beta muhje pata chale ke tum Muddassar se apni property wapas mangi ri ho aur talak bi.
Divya: Gee Maa. Is Wednesday ko humara pehla court hearing tah. Aur judge ne muhje kaha ke mein sabot pesh karoon. Isle mein apko doondne nikli.
Maa: Beta mere paas abi bi wohi sabot hai. Aur tum tension na lo. Mein zaroor court aongi. Agar aik beta apni maa ko ghar se nikal sakta hai toh aik maa apne beta ke lkihlaf bol bi sakti hai. Bas muhje court ka addrees do aur timing. Amar tells her where she has to be.
Maa: Acha mein ab chalti hoon. Phir Wendesday ko mulakat hogi.
Divya: Thank you Maa. Aap apna kyal raken.
Maa: Tum bi beti. She smiles and leaves. Divya closes the door.
Amar: Toh Divya jee. Let's go. Divya smiles and picks her stuff up going out.
The engagement: Divya walks in the hall with Fozia. Amar's jaws drop and everything around him freezes. The engagement ceremony occurs and everyone is happy. Then Amar and Rehan start dancing. They dance to the song Soniye Ve from Kismat Konnection.

Later at night: Amar and Divya reach home. Amar was walking to his room when he passed by Divya's room and thought he should say good night. When he walked in what he saw was a whole other picture. Divya was in a pink bathrobe up to her knees and was drying her wet hair infront of the mirror. Amar couldn't resist and walked in. Divya was too busy that she didn't notice Amar until his hands were around her waist and he was thriwling her around. He then stopped and looked at her for a while lovingly. Divya also looked at him. He then moved behind her and put her hair on one side. At the side that was empty he began kissing her neck. He pulled her robe down a little and began kissing her shoulder. After what was five minutes Divya had enough so she turned around and looked at Amar. He smiled at her. He wrapped his hands around her neck and looked at her for sometime. Then he moved one hand from her shoulder to her arm going down to her hand grasping her fingers. He moved forward to her face and kissed her forehead. He then moved back and looked at her for a while. He then kissed each of her cheeks. He felt like saying I love you to her but couldn't. So instead he moved in to kiss her lips but then stopped realizing what he was doing. He let go of her. Divya looked at him confused. She then smiled and moved up kissing him on the cheek. Then she kissed him on the forehead.
Divya: Good night! She grabbed her clothes and with into the bathroom. Amar smiled and walked out closing the door behind him.
A few days later more like Wednesday: (I know I just thought I dragged the case to much that I'd just get upto it already.Lol) Amar and Divya were driving to court. As they were entering court Divya's Lawyer was standing there.
Lawyer: Amar you can not go in today.
Amar: Why?
Lawyer: Because today is the day the judge makes his descion and in this only witnesses, lawyers, and the husband and wife can be present. I am sorry. The lawyer walked in. Divya looked at Amar. Amar smiled. He kissed her on the forehead.
Amar: Good Luck. Divya smiled and walked in. Muddassar walked up behind Amar.
Muddassar: So Amar. You really like Divya don't you? Amar ignored his question.
Muddassar: Come on tell me. Amar still ignored him.
Muddassar: Well guess what. I know for a fact you do. And I also know you are waiting for her to get divorce so you can propose to her. Amar looked at Muddassar shocked.
Muddassar: Well guess what. I was thinking that even if the judge says I don't have to give her divorce I would but now I have changed my mind after finding out you love her. Now I am definitely not giving Divya divorce because I can not stand to see her with you. The first guy who gave her strength to fight back with me. He laughed and left. Amar was fuming. Anyways an hour passed and Amar realized that Muddassar's mom still wasn't there. He began getting worried. He sat down on the steps thinking of what Muddassar said. He closed his eyes and hid his face in his lap. After a while he felt someone's hand on his shoulder. When he looked up it was Muddassar's mom.
Amar: Aunty! Aap aygai.
Maa: Hain beta. Leken tum bahar kyun ho.
Amar: Who bas asi hi aunty. Aap please andar jai.
Maa: JA ri hoon. Aur tension na lo. Tume Divya miljaigi. Amar was shocked.
Maa: Beta mene tumhari ankhon mein Divya ke liye pyar deka hai. Tum use zaroor paoge. She smiled and entered the court. Amar was getting bored and nervous. He put his hands in his pockets and began pacing back and forth. After a while he saw Divya come out of court. He looked at her. She smiled and ran upto him. She jumped into his arms.
Divya: I'm free! Mein azad hoon!
