after a awhile I am back with a new poem, hope you all enjoy! I think Divya needs to leave for awhile, if Amar continues to play dumb.

inspired by Jeene ke ishare and current track in Bmtd

Love was not Enough

We had it all
could have had a wonderful life together
but you refused to believe me
Wasn't my sacrifice enough to prove
that I would never intentionally hurt you?

Chorus:
Love was not enough

I loved you to the depth of my heart
but you let others lead you on
about my mental state
and my loyalty to you
How could you give up on
me so quickly?
After all I have done
and everything we went through
how could you just let me go?

Chorus:
Love was not enough

What did I do wrong
to deserve all of this?
Wasn't my love enough for you?
I am leaving now
You cannot believe me and
my love was not enough for you
to trust me
So here I go
If ever you realize that I was right
come along and find me
For now I leave you with the query
of who is really right
I hope someday you realize your mistake

thanks for the comment! Yeah a few people who have read my poems realted to bmtd on a different site, were curious how I got inspired to write them. Some think it's from my real life experience. It's hard to convince them they are not! I have not been in a relationship yet.
