I lost track of the story towards the end. I know Sindura was always bad but what drove her this mad to go ahead and kill SV herself?

Because her goons were useless 😆 She just got fed up because SV kept surviving every plot of hers.And also she found out that Sagar knows her truth so she was scared that she will be exposed.
