As we all know Valentine's Day is close approaching. Therefore, to celebrate Valentine's Day, in honour of a couple we all love and cherish - Saagar & Vidya - The BMTD Development Team is going to hold a small romantic challenge.
This challenge has two sections:
Section 1: Romance ki Ghadiyaan Music Video Challenge
Directions: You will be given two lists of songs each containg five songs. List A will have five soft/slow paced romantic songs and List B will have five a little more upbeat yet romantic songs. Your challenge is to pick one song from each list of five and compile a Music Video. So you will be composing a total of two music videos.
Rules: Only songs from the lists can be used. You can only pick one song from each list.

Section 2: Romance ki Baatein Fanfiction Challenge
Directions: This section also has two parts if you choose to participate in this challenge instead. This means you have to write two fanfictions.
Fanfiction 1: This one is more like a songfiction. It means you have to choose one song either from List A or B and write a fiction that ties in to the song.
Example Based on "Hey Shona":
Soft, light music plays in the background, at a party, in the Singh household as Saagar talks to his guests. They congratulate him on his anniversary, and ask where his wife is.
Saagar turns to look for his wife, and as if on cue Vidya walks down from the stairs. She looks at Saagar and smiles shyly, walking towards him dressed in a pink and silver lengha. Her hair is adorned with pins, but otherwise left loose to hand against her shoulder. Saagar watches mesmerized as Vidya moves closer to him.
*The music starts slowly.*
Saagar stretches his palm out for Vidya, and takes her hand in his.
*Hey Hey Ey Ey Ey Ey Hey Hey Hey Hey*
The background fades away, and the people disappear as only Saagar and Vidya remain.
Saagar pulls Vidya close twirling her so her back is pressed against him.
*Tumhe Pata Toh Hoga, Tumhi Pe Main Fida Hoon
Tumhe Hai Jabse Chaaha, Hawaaon Mein Udata Hoon*
Vidya pulls away shyly, but Saagar holds on to her wrist pulling it toward his lips as he kisses it.

Hey Shona, Hey Shona, Hey Shona, Hey Shona....*
Vidya withdraws her hand, pulling it behind her back, as she backs away from Saagar.
*Tumhe Pata Toh Hoga Ke Mere Dil Mein Kya Hai
Chalo Kahe Deti Hoon, Kabhi Nahi Jo Kahaan Hai*
Saagar tilts his head opening his arms as Vidya walks into them, wrapping her own around him.
*Tumhi Mere Har Pal Mein, Tum Aaj Mein, Tum Kal Mein
Hey Shona, Hey Shona, Hey Shona, Hey Shona....*
Vidya rest her head against Saagar's shoulders, and he drapes his hands around her waist, both of them dancing to the slow music, as the scene fades away.

Vidya is in the kitchen making bread, when Saagar sneaks in from behind, grabs her waist, and tickles her, making her spill the flour. She turns around mad to look at Saagar, trying to rub the flour away from her hands only to get it all over herself.
*Tum Jo Ghussa Bhi Karo Toh Mujhe Pyaar Lagata Hai Jaane Kyun*
Saagar smiles taking the flour in his hands and throwing some more on Vidya. She looks stunned with her hair covered in flour and then takes some in her own hand, and rubs it on Saagar's cheeks.
*Main Toh Jo Bhi Kahu Tumhe Ikraar Lagata Hai Jaane Kyun*
Saagar pulls Vidya's hand in his, wrapping his arms around hers, rubbing his cheeks against hers.
*Chhodo Bhi Ye Ada, Paas Aake Jara, Baat Dil Ki Koi Keh Do Na
Hey Shona, Hey Shona*
Vidya smiles and kisses Saagar on the cheek.
*Hey Shona, Hey Shona....*

The scene changes to a candle-lit arena. Vidya is standing by a gazebo in a plain red sari. Saagar walks upto her, and takes her hand before kneeling on one knee. He kisses her fingers, as Vidya joins him on her knees. She rest her cheek against both their hands, and closes her eyes.
*Saari Duniya Ko Chhodake Maine Chaaha Hai Ik Tumhe*
Saagar cradles Vidya's face in his palms, his fingers entangled in her hair as he kisses her forhead.
*Maine Jindagi Se Maanga Hai Toh Sirf Maanga Hai Ik Tumhe*
Vidya bends backwards wrapping her arms around Saagar, who kisses her neck, and slowly lifts her upwards as he stands.
*Abb Isi Chaah Mein, Abb Isi Raah Mein, Jindagibhar Mere Tum Ho Na*
Vidya brings her head back now inches away from Saagar's.
*Hey Shona, Hey Shona, Hey Shona, Hey Shona....*
Saagar twines Vidya's fingers with his own as he dances with her.
*Tumhe Pata Toh Hoga, Tumhi Pe Main Fida Hoon
Tumhe Hai Jabse Chaaha, Hawaaon Mein Udata Hoon*
Saagar twirls Vidya, and then brings her back into his arms.

He pulls her closer and she rests her head against his.

Fanfiction 2: For this fanfiction you have to write a romantic scene (just a scene). Too simple? There's a catch. You have to have atleast five things from the following list somewhere in your story.

So get as creative as you want...You can only participate in one section (either the Music Video Challenge or the Fanfiction Challenge) not both. The entries should be pm-ed to Wafah no later than February 10th, 11:59 pm.
The results will be decided by a poll vote, and winner will be chosen by majority votes from the forum members. Winner will be announced on the eve of Valentine's Day.
