.. in the beginning........

I'm just curious.... bec when the show began, i was like 'eessssshhhhh! who is going to watch this regressive show'...... i used to dislike it ... alot .... especially the chachi part, at that time she didn't used to be funny like now... she used to be lalita pawar types and even her dialogues had such a 70s feel to it.....

in the beginnig i used to keep comparing it to an old show which had similar story line 'koshish- ek asha' ... i used to love that show because the female lead was educated, modern, fought for her rights and initially went back home when she found out her husband was mentally unstable.... by comparison BMTD seemed backward....

I really fell in love with the show when vidya and sagar become friends and he kept doing these cute stunts and she runs around trying to help him 😆 ...... and now, they have this sizzling chemistry which keeps me smiling like crazy...

when did you fall in love with BMTD ??????

Ive been watching the show since the beginning and enjoyed it despite it being regressive....for the entertainment factor mainly. 😛 So I've always liked it. I began to love it, hmm....I guess when I realised how much Vidya cares for Sagar. As you said the way their bond grew, so did their friendship. Sindoora was a great villain to watch as well.

Most importantly, it had POTENTIAL. I think I made a post long time ago about how Dulhann hasn't even reached its peak and to watch out for when Sagar recovers. And here we are now, the show is a top serial in India.

Now its just an obsession...actually beyond an obsession. I cant imagine my life without watching ViSa! 😳

well...personally...i had never really watched the show in the beginning...so i dont knw...i used to think it must be some ghisa pita kahani..the same old rona dhona...hubby not liking wife crap...but one day i just happened to watch an episode...where saagar was gifting her tht teddy...and bamm...tht day onwards..i was like in the luv with the show...mainly saagar...sharad... 😳 he was just sooo good...tht cuteness and tht innocence in their relationship made me fall in luv with the show...

i had stopped watching it during the surili crap..but thn once she left...i was back... 😛 and the main reason i had said i would quit watchin the show whn sharad leaves...is cause i cant imagine tht show without him...if it werent for him and divya...it wouldve been th e same old kahani...and i had mainly started watching it for him...so woh nahi toh mei nahi...fair enough? 😳 😳 😳

Remma, exactly my feelings..nicely put..
I don't watch any other serial. Time is an important factor. I have become so obsessed with BMTD, I am either watching old episodes, reading great posts in the forum or googling Sharad or Divyanka in all my spare time. Sometimes at work all the stuff lay on the table, I am reading updates, or posts or articles..it might seem crazy at hindsight, but its assuring that there are many VISA crazy people like me all over the world..
I completely agree that BMTD always comes up with something unexpected..They sometimes show dumb things but most of the time they manage to keep us at the edge of our seats! The freshness of the storyline, SV chemsitry and la jawab Sindura will keep us hooked for a long time to come...

LOLL!!! Well I didn't spam if thats what you mean. 😛 Im just vocal about my passions. It started off with Tumhari Disha (but I hadn't seen it from the beginning), then Sindoor which I was obsessed with, Phir Kasam Se but the biggest obsession yet has undoutedly been Dulhann. Can't help it. 😛

I was very indifferent about this story when it first began. Actually I am like that with every show. I never give it a chance. And bips, you are so right... I mainly did not watch it with too much interest initially because of the 70s feel and that chachi was damn irritating.

And then I think I started watching it from when Aniket made his entry and I really got hooked after they enacted the whole ramayan part and the arrow hit Sindoora.

Then I stopped watching it in the middle with that whole Surili phase and returned once Sagar had recovered only to be addicted to it like crazy. Now I am so obsessed with this show.. I drink, eat, sleep, breathe BMTD.

It feels like SV are so close to us.. I can't imagine what it would be like without them.
