I have noticed that lately the amount of posts in DOTW topics have been decreasing?? if you are finding the DOTW topics boring then please let me know.. i can try making them more interesting.

This weeks discussion of the week topic is based on Vidya's rape.. an article was posted earlier this week where there was a slight hint given that Vidya will be raped...

Why do you think Vidya will be raped? if she is raped, it will be done by Karthik, but my question is why would Karthik want to rape Vidya..?? she has never done anything to him, i would have understood if it was Vidya who exposed his affair with Surili, but it wasn't so why would he want to rape Vidya??

Will the rape happen after Sagar has recovered or before??

How will the family react to Vidya's rape... ??

Will Vidya be able to overcome this incident in her life? Vidya has always tried seeing the better side of life by forgiving those who have wronged her and tried being happy with what she has? Will Vidya after this incident remain the same? or will her character change and become different? will the loving and happy Vidya become another Bani and take revenge???

On the basic society side, we see a lot of girls being raped..and the reasons for their rape are stupid..do you think if a girl was raped in real life she would be able to forget the incident and move on??

Those of you who watched Sindoor would know that Antariksh had once raped Niharika, although Niharika and Antariksh's hate relationship never ended until the drama finished, there was a time where things between Niharika and Antariksh became better, especially when Antariksh helped reunite Rudra and Niharika when Kajol's sister tried trapping Rudra in her murder case... In sindoor we saw Niharika and Antariksh live in the SAME house... do you think someone in real life would be able to do that? Live with her rapist day in and day out...??

Some rapes result in pregnancies, if Vidya by any chance was to become pregnant, do you think she'd keep the child or not?

I know it may seem im thinking to far ahead but i want to focus on nearly in every show someone is raped...😕 Vidya might be raped in the show..and i want to know how things would be if and when she is raped.

Is rape the solution to someone's hatred or enemity?? If not then why are girls raped out of this cause... ..it happens in the world day in and day out...and know it might happen in the show, so i want all of you to discuss this whole rape issue and possibly any sad incidents you have heard about regarding rape.... i remember in my primary school a girl aged 5/6 was raped😭..by her own uncle.. i think it was on the news and everything... it was sad she was an innocent little girl and was raped!! 😕..theres also this film i think which will be released or is going to be released which shows a story of a father who used to drink a lot and come home and rpae his OWN daughters😭

i def think rape is not a solution to any problem. it doesnt solve anything, just ruins a girl's life.ur story's very sad yuvi di!😭😭😭

There are a lot of sick people out there and they don't only rape someone if the person did somthing to them. Maybe he would do it because he is attracted to her and she obviously isn't to him. Same happens in real life. People even rape total strangers who have done nothing to them.

It's really hard to tell because we don't even know if this news is true or when Sagar's recovery is going to happen.

How will the family react to Vidya's rape... ??

Hopefully they will support her if they know the whole truth. If she gets pregnant and they don't know the truth the might disown her.

It is very hard if not impossible to forget such an incident. Vidya is so innocent who knows if this might change her. It's not in her nature to take revenge, but you never know. I hope she and her family do fight a court case against Karthik.

No. It is not so easy. Incidents like this cause a lot of trauma and painful memories.

This happens even in real life. When this happens to a girl by a family member and they can not do anything about it.

I really hope that doesn't happen. 😕This is a absolutely horrible thing to happen and Vidya is such a innocent girl. I'm sure she doesn't even know what rape is. How would she tell anyone what happened? I hope Sagar or someone else saves her before anything happens.

I don't think it's going to happen at all. I know when I first read the article was really shocked, but it's not going to happen hopefully..... it's probably what Karthik was going to do before nah?

And it's such a big thing to happen in the serial. There has been NO article or anything whatsoever or nothing in the storyline which indicates any of this happening... now, due to past events, we dunno what the creatives can do, they've been quite unpredictable in good and bad ways so who knows... but it just doesn't make sense at all for it to happen.

And also, like we've said before, Karthik and Vidya have had practically no interaction with each other..!! They've rarely ever talked to each other, it's Karthik who hates Sindoora, not Vidya..... soo, it just doesn't make sense at all.

Now the only reason i won't answer this topic in detail is that I don't think its going to happen. I think Faisal was talking in referance to the time when he tried to "rape" Vidya, like Pran (his villainous idol) did in his old films. 95% sure its not going to happen...there aren't any other articles suggesting it either 😉

People don't only do it if they hate someone. If they are attracted to them and some people are jsut sick 🤢 . I really hope there's an explanation to this and it's not really what we're thinking.
