i think sagar is just pretending to act crazy. during his sane days, he probably overheard his wicked step sisters plan against him and his mother and their property, so he's faking to be crazy just to give them the last laugh kind of
OR if this isn't the case and we find out that he actually genuinely is crazy, then he must have been in love with some other girl during his sane days. they'll probably show him searching for just as an excuse to bring in more characters
i think vidya's secret is that she was probably married in her childhood and became a widow which is why is why she's always in white salwar kurti. her marriage must have been planned with harsh which is why he's so psychotically (not sure if thats a real word!) obsessed with her
