Rakesh Bedi Enjoying After Dhurandhar
A shiny black car drove by on the streets of the village, heading towards the haveli. As it drove by, children ran behind it, excited to see the newcomers. It had been over a week since workers had arrived to clean and get the haveli ready since special guests would be arriving so everyone was excited.
They had arrived from the city to perform a wedding which had most of the villagers excited.
The car made a turn and entered through the gates. It stopped near the steps leading to the entrance.
Finally, thought a guy wearing sun glasses and ruffled hair. Why couldn't Chinu pick some other place to get married? It had taken them a few hours to come here and on the way he had gotten quite bored. Also, the fact that the bride to-be lived in the village showed how well his thought process was after the long drive.
"Let's go Sagar" called his mother.
Sagar sighed and got out of the car. He turned to see kids standing at the gate and staring at him. He took of his sunglasses and waved at them before going inside.
"Sagar you're room is upstairs on the right. Go and rest ok beta?" his mother smiled at him.
"Maa when is Chinu coming?" His older brother had got caught up in work and therefore wasn't present. Instead Sagar had come with everyone to help with the wedding preparations.
His mother just shrugged, indicating she didn't know. Sagar knew Chinu would be here in time for the wedding but what was he supposed to do until then? This was his first time coming without his brother since he'd been a child and was probably going to get bored. He didn't know anyone and was probably going to waste his time doing. But for now, he decided to go take a nap.
Sagar walked up the marble staircase and headed towards the room he was assigned. As he stepped in, he took in his surroundings. Cool room he thought as he made his way towards the balcony to get fresh air.
As he stepped outside on the balcony, he closed his eyes and felt the cool air around him, which helped him relaxed. When he opened his eyes, he saw a girl in a white churidar walking. He looked around and saw no one else there. When Sagar looked back to see the girl, she was gone. Ok Sagar you're losing it he thought as he smiled and shook his head. He decided to go get some rest as he probably wasn't going to be doing anything today except maybe unpack and get settled in since they'll be staying for a month. As he went to sleep, he couldn't help but think about the girl he just saw.
Later in the day, after taking his nap Sagar decided to take a stroll and go exploring for a bit since he was tired of being cooped up inside. It was now the evening and it was pretty deserted outside, except for a few people that were still there, just hanging out. As he continued walking, the mandir came into view. Inside the mandir, he saw the same girl he had seen earlier on. Curious to see who it was, he started heading towards the mandir. Sagar went up the steps just as the girl started leaving. He tried to see her face but was unable to because of the wind blowing her hair into her face. Just as the mysterious girl started to walk past him, he got a glimpse of her eyes.
When he went home later on, he was lost in thought, wondering who the girl was and was confused by why he cared so much.
