January 21th 2009 Written Update

Divya and Gauri are coming back from the hospital. Sagar's mom says, Dulhan it took you a long time to come home. Gauri says, pooja took a long time. Sagar's Mom says, I was asking Divya. Gauri leaves the room and Divya says, I don't feel good I will rest. Amar comes home and asks Sagar's Mom what's wrong they look very sad. Sagar's mom says when this house's dulhan is sad then how can everyone else in the family smile, looking at Divya sad breaks my heart. Amar says, what can we do when I talk to Divya I am scared that what I say might hurt her.

Sagar's mom is walking down the hall and Bharat stops her she asks Bharat what is wrong, Bharat says when all the happiness in this family is connected with Amar Divya then how can I be happy, it's hard to see Amar and Divya sad and it makes me want to cry. Sagar's Mom says keep hope. Bharat says, how can I keep hope Amar and Divya should have a baby, the've always wanted everyone's hapiness then why did this happen to them. Amar comes in the room Bharat hugs Amar really tightly. Bharat says, I am always with you. Amar says I am very lucky that I have a family that is with me in hard times. The whole world is with you in happy times but people that are with you in hard times are what you call family. Bharat says, I have something to say if Divya Bhabhi is always in the house then she will think of the baby, we should go out somewhere like on a picnic. Amar says, well that's not a bad idea, now the whole family will go on a picnic.

A maid is coming down the stairs with a plate, Gauri says wow Divya ate her food really fast. The maid says no she didn't even touch her food. Gauri says give me the food I will give it to her. Gauri goes upstairs to give Divya her food. Divya is sitting on her bed looking at a baby magazine Gauri knocks on the door Divya puts the magazine under her pillows and says who is it, come in. Divya is relieved that it is Gauri and not someone else. Gauri comes in and says what is this, you still haven't eaten. Divya says I'm not hungry. Gauri says, I can understand when becoming a mother this sometimes happens but I have a way to fix this. Gauri starts to feed Divya.

In the kitchen Choti Ma asks the maid where is "imli ka aachar" the maid says that Gauri has taken it for Divya. Bharat comes and asks Choti Ma to make him tea. Choti Ma says, Bharat have you noticed there is something different about Divya I think that Divya's behavior over the past few days has changed. Bharat says, after what happend to Divya it is normal that her behavoir changed don't worry about it.

Divya is in her room she is having pain in her stomach so she sits down infront of the mirror. She talks to her baby and says, Mom is lying to dad and the whole family right now to bring you into the world I am betraying everyone but that's not a good thing we should never lie to anyone because when everyone in the house finds out they will be angry at mom, but mom knows something else, when everyone in the house see's baby's face they won't be angry anymore. Amar and Bharat are in the room right behind Divya. Bharat says, we have found out everything Bhabhi. Divya is shocked and she says, what. Bharat says, we found out that you like looking in the mirror. Amar and Bharat start to laugh. Amar says Bharat is just joking and he has an idea his idea is that the whole family will go on a picnic for one day but we need your premission please please please say yes. Divya says I don't feel like it. Bharat sits Divya down and says Bhabhi it's been really long since the family has made a plan to go on a picnic and it really special for me because I haven't went out with you two before please please please. Divya agrees. Amar and Bharat are both happy and they go to plan.

Sagar's mom says, our house use to be so happy someone has cast an evil eye, now Bharat and Amar have made a plan for a picnic but I don't know if Divya will say yes. Chandra is coming down the stairs. Aniket asks what happend. Chandra smiles and says Divya said yes to going on the picnic. Aniket says, I knew that Bharat and Amar would make Divya say yes.

Divya is in her room getting ready she looks in the mirror at her stomach and she tries to hide the baby bump. She thinks, what should I do none of these clothes are hiding my stomach. Then Divya puts a shawl on. Choti Ma comes in her room and asks why she has put on Amar's shawl. Divya says, I don't know how but all my warm clothes have shrunken. Choti Ma takes of her sweater and tells Divya to wear it. Divya doesn't let Choti Ma put the sweater on her, Divya leaves the room saying that she will go check on Amar. When Divya is leaving the room Choti Ma thinks that Divya is walking wierd like if she was pregnant.

Aditi is getting ready and Bharat comes in the room room and stares at Aditi. Aditi smiles. Choti Ma comes in the room and says she has a migrane but she is out of medicine and tells Bharat to order her some medicine. Bharat asks Choti Ma if he can massage her head. Choti Ma says that they are getting ready to leave so she doesn't want to be a bother she just needs Bharat to get some medicine. Bharat says that if Choti Ma isn't going then Aditi and him will both stay home. Choti Ma says, what will you do by staying home, after taking medicine I will rest what will you do here. Aditi says I will stay with Choti Ma and Bharat can go. Chandra comes in and says that if Karuna wants to relax then she will have to go on the picnic and relax because everyone is going on the picnic and if she doesn't go then no one will go. Choti Ma asks why Chandra is saying that. Chandra replies, because we are all the members of the same family. Karuna agrees to going.

Everyone is in preparation of going on the picnic. Divya is coming down the stairs and Amar stares at her (aankhon ki gustakhiyan plays in the background) Divya looks at Amar and smiles. Amar has a ball in his hand and the ball drops because he is so focused on Divya's eyes. Aniket calls Divya and Amar starts to pack again. Sagar's Mom asks if the food arrangements have been made. Gauri says I have made all the food arrangements I made puri, aloo, gobi ke prontha, and kheer. Sagar's Mom ignores Gauri. Divya says to Gauri, it's good that you've made all these agrangements I really wanted to eat aloo puri, but why haven't you gotten ready you will make everyone late. Chandra says, how can everyone go someone has to look after the house we can't leave it empty. Amar says, when everyone is going then Gauri can go too.
