I must express my extreme sympathy for Amar..poor chap. Think about it, he fell in love and married this cute, bubbly Divya chick...and then post-marriage, she transforms into this uber serious, roni-shakal (looka like she's always crying or in pain) Vidya-like chick. There are no traces of Divya left in this wife of his...he he he

No wonder Amar looks sooooo unhappy these days...poor chap...Divya pulled a Jekyl and Hyde on him. Hell, Amar even said the other day..'he likes Divya how she is, he doesn't want her to change'. Did anyone else feel sympathetic for him when he said that?? Poor guy! 😆

somehow i have no sympathy for amar at all.

yeah, divya changed into vidya, but amar is also not the same benarasi amar whom divya fell in love.

benarasi amar was smart, honest, well mannered, respectful towards his parents...this new amar is dumb, shouts and shuts up wife all the time, suspects her, doesnt care about his benarasi parents and completely sucked up to his rich life and badimaa..

inshort this new amar doesnt deserve divya.

i agree and its not just the clothes, its the way she acts...vidya like plus i do feel sorry for amar as well , you are right he thought he was marrying this nice cute bubbbly chic and then after she sturns into vidya..lol but i reall think amar is just unhappy because sindoora keeps filling him in on BS..

But he is such a fool because he can't even remember what he use to remember. And also he trust sindoora more then Divya and that is why i think that what ever he is thinking is not right.

If Amar had remained the same innocent, loving Benarsi that he was to begin with, there would have been no need of sympathy for either character. They would have been happily married with Sindoora out of the way. Amar has changed and Divya changed accordingly. If there's any need of sympathy, my vote goes to Divya.

i meant Divya's attitude - not really her clothes. She doesn't laugh, or play, or rarely smiles anymore. Whenever she interracts with Amar she is trying to make him remember something, or accuse BadiMaa, or interpret her crazy dreams. Just seems soooo different from the gal he fell in love in. Different personality altogether..like a new person.

Now we all know the full story - reincarnation, revenge and all - but he doesn't know that stuff (dumb, but whatever) and he is concerned about today, living in the present, not the past stuff. And how can u blame him for wanting that?? Plus, yah, Sin is messing his head up and Divz is 'tactfully' pointing fingers at Sin (head of the household) all the time, so his life is soooo messed up. At least Divz knows whats going on..and still she can't manage him or BadiMa. He has no chance at all.
