He is not mad for love of his mom, he is mad with fear that he is now going to be a low caste poor man. Over and over again, he's demonstrated that his biggest issue is the loss of the name "Mahiyavanshi" and what that means for his life.

DM should tell him to go live life as Waghela if he's got so much trouble with how he runs his house. 😡
