(plz take note that I am not a gopika still very much a fencika) 😛

RR was born to play the role of DM. Nobody can portray this character better than him. DM really showed all his emotions for the first time. We all fell for him all over again.😃

For the past couple of days, Bandini belongs to Ronit Bose Roy. Right from day 1, he fits the role of Dharamraj Mahiyavanshi to the hilt (mannerisms, dialogue delivery, body language) and he has literally breathed life into the character.
He began playing DM as a man with a cold heart and cold face, a man who had forgotten to live because of the abrupt loss of his beloved wife. A wife whose loss he was not prepared for and lived in denial for several years. Then he vacillated between extreme bouts of anger, stubbornness and cruelty, while all the time being drawn into Santu's web of sweetness and loving nature. Each and everyone of these emotions RR has brought to life so effortlessly.
But the scene that touched me the most was the one in the hospital when he was sitting alongside Santu's bed, crying with both relief and pathos (at her decision). When Santu tells him she wants "something", he melts and caresses her hair with so much love and deep affection and that was when RR brought forth the true person that DM once was when he was completely secure in Subhadra's love for him.
My heartiest congratulations to Ronit Bose Roy for giving us DM. I wish this could reach him somehow!

Very well put chalia....RR has breathed life into the character of DM right from the very beginning, made him very real to us, so much so that most of the time I don't even connect RR with DM, DM seems to be a different and very real person and thats why I feel we connect so much with the show and the story and feel so much for the characters....it would be extremely difficult to connect with characters you don't beleive as is the case with most other shows on TV currently.....the current crop of actors unfortunately are a very sad bunch, am yet to see one(amongst the ones I have seen atleast) with some real talent. The sad thing though is that RR has to come to the rescue every time that the CVs mess up with crappy plots and has to bring the show back on track by virtue of his excellent acting.....if he is so good here, imagine what he would be like when give some really good writing by some genuinely creative epople.....deserves every award he got and some more.

Ya Without RR,there is no bandini. What a man! He was running here & there in hospital for his santuudi. He was talking 2 the doctor and crying 4 his wife and after knowing abt the operation,he thanks & hugs the doctor. How sweet DM are!I also like that when DM was sitting near her,the way he was crying shows his luv, affection, caring, etc. What a change! He luvly caresses her head.Hats off 2 RR

I agree with Chalia and Shalu that RBR has done a marvelous job as DM.....he has made him real for us..........and is a rock on which whole Bandini as a drama is centered..........he has shown emotions which very few can show to this perfection......hats off...........

and yes he has once again rescued this serial from going down the drain because of stupid story lines and good for nothing tracks...........

Asiya as Santu has shown depth of kindess which should b the norm.the level of tolerence shown helped her thru the worst....and what ever is in store.........

(sorry for doing this )Like Ammir Khan's new flick song, we need to say ALL IZ WELL.......with hand on our hearts........WE NEED TO DO THIS TO GET OUR BANDINI back

RR is def great but he cldn't have done it without Aasiya. The girl has some good acting chops too. However the ensemble cast is good as well esp Rasika, Mrunal, Shardul, Leena and the rest. The show won't be a show without any of them as well.
But having said that RR pulls in a bigger crowd with his alter ego Dharamraj Mahiyavanshi. DM character has a life of its own.
Even Santu, her mahan and ever sacrificing character is great.
