Actually the original text on which Bandini is loosely based, it is a very tragic story based in the earlier century .. Bandini just borrows the theme of the bride being in unwelcome conditions ..

When I heard that Bandini is based on a story, I was happy that Ekta will not be able to drag it, but now I am worried, I hope they do good justice and stop it when requires.

If you look closely at the speed of the tracks handled, Bandini will surely end in it's stipulated time =D

hmmmmmmmm.............. i thought tht in an interview ekta said that the story is based on rethpankhi.........i didnt knw that she just borrowed the theme and not the entire story...........

i would like to read tht book..........if anyone knows of a translation......in english......

but yeah pallavi 1 thng is gud till now......nd i agree with sukhi on tht (although initailally i was pretty aprehensive bout tht).......tht ekta is not draggin the story like K!!! serials......the story seems to be movin at a very gud speed.........too fast will also spoil the fun....nd i think this is the perfect speed.......

nd compared to other serials it has been able to stand out...so far.....typical gujju settin nd essence.....

so jus cross ur fingers so tht ekta doesnt spoil the charm of this serial.....

Retpankhi is about a girl Surabhi living with her uncle (kaka - kaki) Kaki is very mean to her makes her do all the work in the house, Her friends father found this married man with two kids and at the age of 26 is marries a man whos kids are 16-17 age group, He hated his first wife and loves this young wife Surabhi. Surabhi is not happy with her husband falls in love with step sons friend etc etc. not very good story (my view)
Bandini is far far better and a strong story, I wish it remains same.

Hiya I dont know if this has already been asked but I just wanted to know whats the deal with duggu and santo?

ive watched epis on and off mainly off to be honest but the epis i did watch were really good and im jus confused about this cuz in the uk its up to the part where the servant was going 2 show duggus pic 2 santo but motibehen took it off her so she doesnt see and im guessing theres a reason lol

Duggu went to dhrampur before santu got married with DM and he fell in love with her , but the day he decided to tell her about his love , santu was getting married to DM so he decided to leave her but without knowing who is the groom
and that's why he did not know that his father -in-law's wife is santu the same girl he loved and still love
