Their obsession with showing typical Rajasthani attire is now making them look more and more fake. People do wear normal clothes if they havn't noticed yet. And Rajasthani dresses can be very beautiful if they make an effort to make it look real.
As it has been very well known BV is set in a parallel universe
So they might have not noticed that about Rajasthani people and the clothes
