They give the exact definition to the bond of a marriage .

Anandi when she was a child bride., obviously could not have understood neither the meaning nor sanctity of these saath pheras.

But now., she being a complete woman, once, taken those steps with Shiv., will wholeheartedly comply with those.

Shiv, being her better half, would not lag behind.

My view about AnSh marriage :

Haldi ceremony :

Anandi :

My mind and my heart are purified and cleansed to welcome a new phase in my life.

I'am thrilled., how this sacred golden powder is adding a glow to my body and my soul.

Shiv :

The atmosphere at my home is yellow with Joy.

Can't wait to see Anandi glowing with the beauty , the haldi brought to her countenance.

Mehndi ceremony :

Anandi :

The mehndi has turned lovely deep red., symbolizing Shiv's love for me.

For sure, his love is more deeper than the color on my hands., with his eternal support shown for my sentiments this day.

I can never forget the happiness I saw in the eyes of those young widows, with the hue of mehndi that lent to their pale palms.

Shiv :

With Anandi's name , deep red on my palm., my love for her has gone deeper.

This ceremony, has been quite meaningful adding a color on my Choti Maa's graceful demeanor.

You reap...whay you sow...Jagya...All the consequences are a result of one's actions, choices...!!!

Am' so very glad he acknowledged Shiv in my life, by gifting that Shiv - Parvati idol...what a thoughtful jesture from him...!!!

Our childhood bond of friendship can never be disintegrated...Jagya...that's the beauty and the sanctity of that bond...

Shiv applies sindoor on my forehead, I'am now a Soubhagyavathi.

I apply tilak on his forehead, he's now a Grihasta.

We are joined together in a marriage knot, as a symbol of our permanent bond.

Anandi & Shiv :

Agni, the holy fire, which symbolizes light , power and knowledge acts as a witness to our marriage.

We repeat the sacred pledge of marriage.

Shiv :

I am the sky, you are the earth. I am the thought, you are the speech. I am the fire and you are the fuel. I am the song, you are the verse, I am the ocean, you are the shore. I am the strength but you are the beauty. I am the Purush, and you are my Prakriti.

Anandi :

Let us live together lovingly & bring up our progeny. Let us lead a joyful life of a hundred years.

Anandi & Shiv :

We take the saath pheras together, to reiterate our aspirations of our married life.

With the first step, we will provide for and support each other.

With the second step, we will develop mental, physical & spiritual strength.

With the third step, we will share the worldly possessions.

With the fourth step, we will acquire knowledge, happiness and peace.

With the fifth step, we will raise strong and virtuous children.

With the sixth step, we will enjoy the fruits of all seasons.

With the seventh step, we will always remain friends and cherish each other.

Our Shubh Vivaah comes to a beautiful conclusion, by declaring us, Husband & Wife.

There are quite a few., but my most favourite would be...the night after the confession.

I Loved the way the Nightie was discarded...I loved his kiss on her forehead.

I Loved the passion in his eyes., I loved her melting like a candle in the heat of his passion.

The whole scenario was so beautifully and aesthetically done., the background score could not have been more apt.,

It was an awesome treat to the senses.

During marriage there were many rituals ansh went thrugh... the haldi wic came from Shiv's side made Anandi get coloured in Shiv's colour... Mehndi depitced the deepth of love and essence in the relationship of ANSH... Sangeet was for fun where both families with their repected reletives joined in and not only celebrated the union of ANSH but came in more close and became one family... ANSH marriage was the beautiful site of their union of trust, love, faith, respect support, dedication commitment and all hardships they underwent before marriage and also which they would face together in future as one... Warmala when Shiv bowed in front of Anandi as in a guy bowes in front of the image he not loves but also devoted towards the same, Kanyadaan was the faith of Bhairo and Sumitra in Shiv that he can look after their daughter but also give her all the happiness of the world she deserves, Saath phere were the 7 promises they made to each other to love, respect, support, dedicate and spend their life together not only in this birth but the also for next 7 births, and to consil the same was the vermillion Shiv put on Anandi's mang which also declared that she belongs to him... last not least was bidaai... a real painful and happy moment for ANSH were she was sad to leave her family and he was happy that anandi will stay with him for rest of her life, the most surpising moment for me was wen Tausa told Shiv not to let Anandi cry orelse he will have to ans him... the person who never showed his emtions was also moved by this... n DS evn while Anandi was going taught and reminded her, her duties which she had fulfill... thus with the blessing of all ANSH they started their new life...

the best moment for me during this one year of Ansh marraige was:

For me the best moment was when garland exchange ceremony starts Mahi asks Shiv to hold his head high so that Anandi is not able to put the garland around his neck so easily but Shiv simply smiles and complies to Anandi by bowing his head in front of her to help her place the garland as she puts it around his neck. Anandi was so pleased to see this. That very day Shiv's gesture showed that he is not like other typical husbands and for him his wife's respect matters a lot and he is not a kind of person whose ego gets hurt if he bows down in front of his wife. He is the person who loves Anandi the way she is and he is always proud of it. When Shiv's turn comes, Gulli pulls Anandi back and swing her to and fro so that Shiv is unable to put the garland around her neck but he manages to put it . The naughty smile that appeared on her face lightened up the moment and first time in this marriage ritual I could see the glance of our loving choti Anandi who was full of life , for a moment felt she was herself. Her smile shows that Collector saab indeed has wiped away all her painful memories and replaced that with his sweet love. The meaning of marriage which she never understood in that tender age now she realised that which was very much evident from her face

My view About ANSH Marriage

ANSH are unique couple , understanding, love , trust are the base of their relationship. Collectorsaab and Sarpanjee , marriage has to be grand one and it was like a grand festival for entire Jaitsar zilla which was graced by Chief Minister of Rajasthan in the community marriage. The little girl who was married at the tender age of eight came to Badi Haveli unaware of any rituals, she only knows how to win everyone's heart by her unconditional love . And finally that won everyone of that family and the little girl who came as a bride became the daughter of the haveli. She being Anandi , a speacial girl her Mehendi has to be special. Each and every one of that village even the abandoned and widowed girls took part in her mehendi ceremony as she wanted to start her new life with the smile of everyone. She made Dadisa to put mehendi on her hand breaking the age old ritual as she believes the hand which always blessed her can never be bad omen for her.

ANSH Sangeet was also an unique one. Apart from all the normal dance and celebrations Singhs dedicated a song to Anandi which they sang individually and through which they narrated how each of them share a special bond with that little girl when she entered Badi Haveli. The song says it all for that little chidakali who is flying away from their heart to her husband's house, But just before they wanted her to sit before them and take a good look of that little birdie. The father whom she extended her little helping hand and from that moment they formed a life long relationship. She is his pride and the dignity of his house. For dadisa who didnt like her initially, she was like a spicy and sweet chutney. But today her little birdie has won her heart. For Sumi this little angel has blossomed in her garden like a rose. Although she was not born as her daughter but that little soul was always part of that loving mother and will always remain,. Suguna expressed she never realized how the little girl who was called her sister in law became her own sister and best friend. For Nandu his sister in law was so kind and unique. Dadisa said today her chidakali will become someone else's who is also one in a milion, The person who is one in a million understood that very day what a gem he is taking with him. Khazan was shown looking emotional looking at Bahgo's photo.

In their marriage when when Baraat arrived with lots of band baja. Everyone was excited and went there to see the groom. Anandi too was so excited and looked there and suddenly she had the FBs of what she was told in her childhood that she should not look at the baraat as she will become deaf if she hears the sound. Loved the way she was about to close her ears but smiled at her silliness. Best moment was the garland exchange ceremony. The seven pheras which they explained so beautifully . Anandi didnt realize significance of anything in her childhood but today she is actually understanding the meaning of each and every word which all these years she was performing religiously without knowing the meanings. Then Sindoor daan ceremony. Shiv put the vermillion lovingly and she closed her eyes.

Anandi wanted to take bidaai from Badi Haveli so they came there, She did all the rituals. The best part of Bidaai was Basant warned Shiv that if he ever bring tears in Anandi's eyes he will not leave him. The beti of the house was about to leave and was crying bitterly. Shiv extended his hand and Sumi handed over her hand to him. This scene was so heart wrenching. It brought tears in my eyes as if my own daughter is leaving . We have seen this little girl growing and going thru so much of pain, With her everyday naughtiness and love she became part of our family and watching this scene felt like someone from our family is leaving.

After leaving haveli they reached Kesar Bhagh where Shiv helped Anandi to come down from the car. The hand which he extended one day to her to save the girl , she never realized that one day she will hold his hand for life time. Iravati did her Grihapravesh ceremony where she was very careful so that she put her correct leg first as she did mistake in her childhood and her Dadisa was so angry and reminded her so many times. Loved that scene.

Loved the scene when she entered KB in ghunghat and the way she was looking every corner of KB from the ghunghat. This reminded me how little Anandi was also amazed and enthuciastic to see badi haveli

Then they performed many rasams, Loved the bahu nachai rasam where Shiv picked up Anandi and moved round and round. They were looking at each other , completely lost in each other.

Anandi and Shiv , the essence of their relationship is such that they can say thousand words without speaking anything. They are support system of each other. If one falters other will be there to extend the hand . Our heartful congratulation to them on completeing one year of their marriage life which is full of love, care, trust, respect and understanding.

Best moment after ANSH marriage

After marriage for me best moment was Anandi's confession. She took him to the place where they first met. The day this knight in shining armor leaped from the jeep to save the damsel in distress from the runaway carriage, both unaware that the hand which he has extended for help , one day she will hold that for life time. The princess who was dreaming for her Surya Badal finally initiated to confess her feelings to her husband who all these months waited patiently to listen the three magical words from her, given her all the time and space she needed to come out from her bitter past, healed her wound and taken care of her as if she is the most precious gem in the world. Anandi took her in the woods to give him the pleasant surprise as she too realized how much Shiv means to her. They both told each other how important they are for each other. Anandi said Shiv came in her life like ripples in the water and filled it with happiness. That day we saw our very own naughty Anandi who teased Shiv by recording I love you in her cell phone and hid behind the trees and gives signals from the bells of her anklets. She was twirling in joy and blissfulness. They fed each other, had some wonderful moments. And while saying the magical words they both fall in the pond accidentally and our emotional Anandi confessed her love clear and loud that she loves Shiv and she told it to herself thousand times. Shiv was so emotional and amazed to hear that. He was very happy that finally he got what he wanted, true love from his beloved wife. This is the most precious moment for both the husband and wife , one waited patiently since long to hear that and the other in his love came out of all her inhibitions and given herself to him completely.

For me, the best moment of the Ansh wedding was the kanyadaan ceremony performed by Bhairon and Sumithra. A girl of eight who had come into their lives as the haveli beendni truly became a beti of their haveli and hearts. Anandi was an young girl like any other of her age with dreams to achieve something on her own. When she became the beendni her entire identity was conditioned, infact it was seen to that she did not have an identity of her own. Her struggle inspite of tremendous personal and emotional odds to survive and carve out a life for herself was ably supported by her bapusa Bhairon. Her journey from despair to hope is also the journey of Dadisa's attitudinal transformation. Kanyadaan by Bhairon and Sumithra was a very moving moment symbolizing what BV is all about and stands for. Kudos to the makers for challenging traditional mores. Dadisa, Bhairon, and Sumithra and all the haveli members rose beyond familial bonds to herald hope and fulfillment in the life of their Anandi.

Views about Ansh wedding: Mehendi to Bidaai

Ansh wedding is unique in so many ways. Their wedding could have been just for themselves and their families - displaying wealth and pomp. But, Ansh being Ansh their wedding was just not for themselves but for all those in whose lives they wanted to bring in happiness. A union of two individuals who share the same values and intense respect for each other. This, I feel is the USP of Ansh. I never got so involved in a telly shaadi as much as Ansh's.

Zindagi ki sabse khubsoorat shuruvaat - aapka hogaya

Anandi's confession of her love for Shiv. It was so beautiful the way she took him to the same place where they had met. Anandi choosing this place to start on their journey of togetherness is so symbolic. All efforts of Shiv to help Anandi move on from her pain came to fruition on that day. Anandi, usually reticent in sharing her feelings broke that final barrier when she started teasing Shiv - recording and playing her confession, the payal sounds and finally twirling joyously. Ansh sharing what they mean and are for each other was portrayed so beautifully: their conversations, emotions unparalleled for depth and intensity.

Best Moment of AnSh Marriage:

Anandi and Shiv were together beginning a new life with their marriage. Her prince, her Surya Badal oozing of majestic aura and she his princess matched him in every way. This was the first of the many upcoming special days of their life as partners. It was their wedding day.

SHIV Parinay ANANDI

Wedding ceremonies are magical, fun and auspicious. Every ceremony has its own meaning and purpose in the life of the bride and groom. All the ceremonies are followed by the magical moment when the bride and groom lay their eyes on each other for the first time on that day.

The best moment according me was when Anandi heard the arrival of the baraat. She was eager and happy to see it. Nah I think she was waiting to see her SuryaBadal. She was taken back to her childhood and she shut her ears remembering the words "Jo dulhan apni baraat ki awaaz sunti hai wo behri ho jaati hai." She then smiled at her own childishness. This was the first happy childhood memory Anandi relived because of Shiv. She saw her knight in shining amour on the white mare. She was mesmerized on seeing him. Shiv too scanned her beautiful form and he was stunned. She was feeling shy and happy. Their eyes met and could not take them off the other till they were teased out of the eye lock. Their naino ki bhasha said it all which they did wanted to but could not and did not need to say.

Haldi Sang Bikhre Naye Rang

Haldi ceremony is done for the bride and groom so that they have that extra glow on their wedding day. Anandi's haldi became extra special when her mother Sumitra gave her laado a surprise by returning on that day. Bhairon too was very happy to see her, he almost ran to hug her. Sumitra applied haldi to her laado. Anandi could not believe at first and then was very happy seeing her mother there. The bond between mother - daughter is very pure and strong. It was something very emotional and teary for someone like me who will never live this moment.

All was well in BH but in CH the cops came bearing bad news. Anandi's Collector Sahib was arrested for committing railway fraud. Anandi and Shiv faced tough times. Shiv was ready to let her go but she stood by him like a rock. She was ready to move mountains to prove his innocence. She also single handedly faced their old nemesis Heth Singh. Happiness prevailed once the actual culprit confessed to the crime. Anandi and Shiv's relationship became stronger after this day. They make me fall in love with love.

Mehendi Rang Lagyo

Anandi and Shiv's mehendi was very special because the mehendi did not bring color only in their lives but also in the lives of child widows. I loved how Shiv took her to talk to the parents to bring the girls to BH for Mehendi. Their strength as partners was becoming stronger like the dark strong color of henna which would be on their hands. Not only young girls but they got Dsa and Meenu too to apply henna. Anandi and Shiv did not get each other's names written on their hands. I felt When the names are written on the heart and in kismet then why get it written on the hands'.

Sangeet Se Bani Raat Rangeet.

Shiv arrived at badi Haveli with his family. His eyes were searching for his one and only Anandi. Well his saali sahibas saw their jeejusa's eagerness to see their jeeji. Fun and naughtiness prevailed as a naughty trick was pulled on Shiv which made him blush. Mahi being his brother teased him till Shiv turned crimson. When finally Anandi was brought down he was lost in her. She too was very happy and shy on seeing him. He took her breath away. Anandi's family gave her a surprise as they poured their feelings into an emotional song. It was something what every daughter would keep safe in her heart and memory till her very last. Shiv and the other men blindfolded had to recognize their partners. The badmaash beenddi's pulled one on their bhole beends. No one except for Shiv could recognize his lady. Shiv did not feel the ornaments which were part of her he felt her. They had very little closeness still he recognized her as they was close to the other's soul. Dance dhamka and the all the fun made the sangeet special for me.

Sajan Sajni Sringaar

Anandi and Shiv in their respective homes got ready for the D day. Shiv's sehra bandhayi, tilak, ghodi chadhayi was done and he was ready to go get his Sajaniya. Anandi too was beautifully dressed. She had a nice moment with her childhood friend. Leaving her maayka to go get married and begin a new life with Shiv was an emotional moment for her. The last time she was stepping out of her maayka as Miss. Anandi Singh. She looked back again at the babul ka aangan she had to leave behind where she grew up from a bubbly child to the sensible woman she is now. It was very emotional as the Babul ka aangan would always remain the same but she would now not only be her babul ki bitiya rani but also her beend's beenddi.

Hum Tumhaare Hue

Anandi and Shiv were at the wedding venue ready to tie the knot. The fun for me started right at the entrance with Sumitra pulling Shiv's nose and the rest pulling his leg. The first step where Shiv broke the mitti ke diye with Anandi touching his feet symbolized that Shiv would face all hardships and Anandi would be with him at every step.

The Jaymala - Mahi Shiv's brother and anvar(best man) wanted Shiv to make it difficult for Anandi to put the garland around his neck but Shiv bowed his head down making it easy for Anandi. She was really touched by his gesture and so was I. Aww biwi ke saamne sar jhukaane ka first experience of Shiv babu. It was fun when Shiv tried to put the garland around Anandi's neck her female battalion made it a difficult task for Shiv. Anandi was smiling at Shiv's halat. Then finally the CS garlanded his sarpanchji. They have an eye lock.

Anandi and Shiv were seated for the other ceremonies. The teasing of the bride and groom continued as they stole glances at each other. Do dil mil rahe hain magar chupke chupke, sabko ho rahi hai khabar chupke chupke'.

Byahi Phera is a ceremony which I had never seen or heard of. It was a new experience for me. The chhoti and badi samdhan from both sides did the ritual around the unlit havankund. This too was a fun and happy ritual as Sumitra and Gehna engaged in a tug of war with Meenu and Ira. The ladkiwale won as they brought Ira on their side.

Bhairon and Sumitra now being Anandi's parents in the true meaning for so long now did her Kanyadaan. It was a very touching moment as they were giving away their laado to Shiv. Being a girl my parents are everything for me and it just made me sad that they would not be there on my special day.

The gathbandhan by which Saachi tied Anandi and Shiv to each other symbolized their union and them being tied in the bond of love.

The Pheras - Anandi and Shiv made promises to each other holding hands and going round the holy agni..

1^st Phera and first oath

Shiv: I promise I will always love u and look after my and your family

Anandi: I promise to look after your family and be annapurna. From now on your family is my family. I will maintain all wifely duties. I will obey you and perform my duties towards my children and family.

2^nd Phera and second oath

Shiv: I promise I will be with ur partner for whole life. We both will protect our family and home together.

Anandi: I promise I will always be with u and help u in protecting our home and family.

3^rd Phera and third oath

Shiv: I promise I will work hard to provide for my family I will always be honest towards our relation and will perform my responsibilities with all respect and honesty.

Anandi: I promise do all patni dharam(wifely duties) with all honesty

4^th Phera and fourth oath

Shiv: I am lucky that I am getting a wife like u I pray for a happy family and good children.

Anandi: From now on my happiness is in your happiness I will try to maintain a happy family.

5^th Phera and fifth oath

Shiv: I pray for peace and happiness for my family and I hope we get respectful and obedient children.

Anandi: It is my duty to obey and respect my husband.

6^th Phera and sixth oath

Shiv: We are starting a new life I hope our marriage bond stays for next several births

Anandi: I promise I will always support u and be with u in all your comings and goings.

7^th Phera and seventh oath

Shiv: With this last Phera we are joined forever.

Anandi: I am fortunate to be your wife I will be your partner for next several births.

These promises were not just made but also lived by Anandi and Shiv in this year. Anandi began thinking this marriage is so different from that child marriage now she understood the meaning of these promises although unknowingly I had been performing them throughout her life. If she did not know the meaning then and did all her duties to the fullest now that she understood what they meant she would also enjoy fulfilling them.

Everyone is happy and showering flowers.

Ira put a gold magal haar with 7 medallions. Each medallion has its own meaning. She also made her wear payal n bichhuas which are a part of a married woman's suhaagan sringaar.

Maang bharo sajna Shiv filled her maang with the red sindoor just like his heart is filled with love for her. Anandi becomes overwhelmed and closes her eyes. A little fell on her nose which according to me is very lucky for the couple. It was a beautiful and emotional scene.

They are declared man and wife by the priest.

Mr. and Mrs. Shiv Raj Shekhar were for the very first time presented in front of all.

Chaali Chidakly Saasariye

Anandi wanted her bidaai to be done from her home, The Badi Haveli. Anandi and Shiv enter the haveli and were showered with petals. Teasing began with Anandi being called Mrs. Shiv Raj Shekhar. The bidaai ceremony begins with Anandi's father putting teeka to the men and her mother put teeka to the women. Gifts were given to the samdhis and Anandi and Shiv were blessed by all. Anandi and Shiv do aarti in the haveli temple. Anandi makes the kumkum prints of her palms in the temple so even after she goes her father's home will prosper. Like every daughter Anandi was having a hard time letting go of her maayka. She does tilak to everyone and takes blessings. Anandi was blessed and Shiv was warned by all to take care of their Anandi. It was a teary bidaai. Sumitra placed her hand in Shiv's hand and he took her out of her maayka towards her new home. Anandi continued with the bidaai rituals. There was a very cute scene between Dsa and her chidakly. Dsa told her to put her right foot first in her new home and not be lost in viewing the grandeur of it. Anandi said her final goodbyes to her Dsa.

Most memorable AnSh moment in the one Year of their marriage.

It had been around three days and Anandi and Shiv had not consummated their marriage. Shiv had doubts about Anandi's hesitation and fear. He decided to do something about it. He knew that Anandi would not be able to tell him to his face fearing to hurt him. He had to make her speak her heart and mind. He was her jeevansaathi and he had to be with her and make it easy for her to say it. Shiv had decorated the terrace as a surprise for Anandi which she did not want to but reminded her intimate moments with Jagdeesh. The hurt was clearly seen on her face. Shiv hugged her from behind very passionately. He tells her this is the time when he wants to express how much he loves her, how much he wants her. All the time he just wants to be with her. In his passion he is holding Anandi tightly while she keeps on getting pained expressions at every word of his. When Anandi turned around Shiv saw her pained expressions. Anandi with tears in her eyes said that she was sorry but she can't do it. She knelt down and wept. Shiv bends down too and wipes her tears. Shiv said that he knew that. He also understood that it was not easy for her to accept him and be intimate with him. Anandi was shocked to hear this as she had always known men to have their way with the women. Anandi and Shiv had a heart to heart talk. Shiv reminded her that have been friends before marriage and it's not like they have never shared their minds before. He asked her to share her feelings with him no matter how difficult or painful it was. He would understand her and be by her side. They had a light moment hen she called him Collector Sahib and he joked of another Rs 500 going in Mahi's piggy bank. They both light up a candle to mark the beginning of their new friendship. Anandi holds his hand with warmth.

If Anandi and Shiv's wedding was a beginning for them this was a new beginning for them.

Him lifting her & twirling her around in his arms was a real surprise and swoon worthy part! The sc was just so fresh, dreamy, beautiful and Oh! So romantic! There was sheer joy, love and happiness in both their eyes. Prince charming surely managed to charm Ajee and all those around & of course us viewers successfully. ❤️

Shiv's thoughts...The music of your affection surrounds the air I breath so I can go on twirling you around till eternity.

The moment Aji stepped into that mandap with DS, Sumi & Bhairo...she looked happy and ready to embark on a new journey. All the rasams were done in details I would say too much details so I had forwarded most of it.🥱

The moment Shiv saw Aji dressed as BRIDE... man, his pride ...he was like... Mere haathon mein tera haath ho; Teri baaton mein meri baat ho...Hum yunhi chalte chalte kho jaayein. What rasams ?? He just wanted to kiss her & seal the deal. He questioned himself momentarily... What had he done to deserve such an amazing woman? He himself looked royal & princely!

Then came the jaimala which was oh! So sweet to watch ...Shiv like a true gentleman bend forward to got garlanded and not landed on Ajee. But Aji's friends made it hard for him to put the garland on Aji but he took a step forward and bravely and authoritatively put the garland on his Aji... Haque se he garlanded her.❤️

After shaadi comes the hard part saying good bye to dear ones. I feel Bidaai is bitter sweet ...a two part affair ...first the separation from dear ones and next joining the new family. DS & Ajee's hands separating And AnSh hands joining. ...rather Shiv holding Ajee's hand...her sadness, worry for Singhs and distress and Shiv's anxiety, nervousness, uneasiness was beautifully shown. Finally Shiv extending his hand to Aji ...to come to him! Aji, lets go! A new life is waiting for us 😳

Kanyadan. Its beautiful ritual yet it is very emotional too. Khajan Singh happily steps aside for this Ritual asks Bhairon to perform ritual Anandi approving through her eyes. Anandi who is more attach to Bhairon than her own father. Bhairon is performing ritual with smile yet deep inside getting emotional seeing daughter parts away. Anandi is feeling emotional too. Shiv is giving assurance now on he will take care of Anandi. During ritual Bhairon touches Shiv's feet. Shiv feel bit awkward. All Singh family is emotional. Entire scene was beautifully captured and performed.

Aanndi and Shiv s marriage is biggest turning point in Balika Vadhu. Anandi is iconic character need to show different Wedding for her. It's Mass Wedding ceremony. From Mehendi ceremony uniqueness of this marriage begins. Breaking all myths Anandi & Shiv ask all widows, divorce women's to come & enjoy rituals. Anandi ask Dadisa to begin her first function of her marriage by applying mehendi on her plams. Dadisa reluctant but apply mehendi on her plams with smile. Dadi sa is from orthodox conservative lady to modern Dadi sa of Anand , journey completes. Shiv also ask his choti ma for apply Mehendi to him. Reluctant Meenu agreed too.

Before actual Wedding ceremony at night Anandi share her fear with Sumitra. Then Anandi walks in haveli alone remembering her childhood days. Sumitra Bhairon listening her payal's sound feeling emotional too. It is beautiful daughter father mother scene.

On marriage Anandi comes in decorated mandap now everyone waiting for Groom's entry. Anandi recall her childhood myth regarding Groom's entry it's such heart touching yet funny moment. Finally Anandi's soul mate comes with vibrant colors and all happiness. Toran ritual performed. Sumitra recalling old memories so is Dadisa. Finally Shiv and Anandi saw each other. Both are excited to see each other. Their happiness can be seen on their faces.

With some authentic Rajasthani rituals their marriage ceremony begins with joy. During Jaymala Mahi tease Shiv not bend in front of Anandi. Anandi is in puzzle but Shiv bends his head in front of her,making it easy for her. Then Gulli Asha tease Shiv by pulling Anandi backwards making Shiv bit irritated. All teasing scene look so real.

When saat phere begins it is an emotional moment for Anandi. She mutters all these years she knew all these promises but true meaning of each promise she doesn't know until now. Now she will fulfill all promise from bottom of her heart. Anandi's family is becoming emotional too esp Dadisa and Sumitra Bhairon.

After saat phere the most symbolic ritual performed. Sindoordan. Shiv looks at Anandi for moment. Both share smile & confidently happy content Shiv put sindoor on Anandi's maang, she closed her eyes in emotion. Anandi looked at Shiv with smile happiness. Their new life & journey begins with this ritual. Finally Miss Anandi Singh becomes Mrs Anandi Shivraj Shekhar.

Its Honeymoon surprise from Shiv to Anandi. For first time Shiv is little upset & angry on Anandi. Anandi is feeling miserable unknowingly hurt him meanwhile Shiv is feeling equally bad for scolding Anandi. Shiv acts smartly making Anandi more scare but finally Anandi saw tickets of Kashmir. Excited Anandi happily hug Shiv. Anandi's innocent smile is worth watching. Anandi's happiness is clearly visible on her face seeing her happiness Shiv was ecstatic too. Their journey as husband wife in true sense begins from this surprise. Such a romantic yet emotional moment!!

Best moment of Ansh marriage.

For me the best marriage moment was the final ritual, the Sindoordhan. Ira gives Sindoor to Shiv.He takes a pinch of sindoor and then look at Anandi with eyes full of love and fills her maang with devotion. Anandi is overwhelmed and slowly closes her eyes.That was a beautiful and emotional moment for both Anandi and viewers. She accepted the sindoor gracefully and emotionally. Certainly the most beautiful moment of Ansh marriage and it declared them as man and woman.

My view about ansh marriage feelings...mehandi to bidai..

AnSh Shaadi was special in it's own way. Anandi found her ideal partner in Shiv. One of the most striking thing happened during the Mehendi ceremony. They showed Anandi inviting the widows for her mehendi and the happy faces of those women who were deprived of colors of life applying mehendi on their hands were indeed heart-touching. Chotti Ma and DS too applied mehendi.

During the sangeet the whole family of Anandi sing and dance for her. It was a emotional moment for the famiy.. The performance showed the love and bonding of the whole family with Anandi and showed how special Anandi is for them.

The wedding was a Samuhik vivaah and it emphasized the re-marriage concept. A good message to those who still considers remarriages as a taboo.

The rituals were cute like hitting the toran of Ganeshji with swords, the Napna ceremony and the nose pulling of the grooms by the MIL. Anandi and Shiv finally meets in their wedding attire and both are mesmerized by each other and share an eye lock. That was a lovely scene.Then the mataki crushing signified the hurdles Shiv is willing to cross to reach his bride. Anandi then touches his foot, soothing it with water.

Varmala ritual was indeed a very happy one . Anandi and Shiv were smiling and was visibly happy and the entire family shared some light moments on the mandap.

For Byahi Phera ritual Sumitra and Gehna come from the Anandi's side and Ira and Meenu comes from Shiv's side. After the pheres all four ladies engage in a mini tug war.It was indeed lovely to see Meenu joining the rituals breaking all the superstitions.

Ira gifts Anandi payals and the next ritual is Kanyadaan. Khajan Singh tells Bhairon to do Anandi's kanyadaan as he has been like a true father to her. Bhairon comes forward and does Kanyadaan of Anandi then Sanchi does the Gathbandhan. That was an extremely emotional moment. Anandi and Bhairon shared a great father- daughter bond and it was very much visible in that particular scene.

Pheras were done next ,the bride and the groom did them by understanding what each phera means. Anandi realizes the difference between her two marriages and it showed us why marriage is to be done only when the bride and the groom is in a stage to realize the meaning behind the vows and the rituals, and marriage is not just a gudda-guddi ka khel khel shaadi.

Ira puts a gold necklace on Anandi. It is time for the final ritual, Sindoordan. Shiv fills Anandi's maang. Anandi is overwhelmed and closes her eyes. They, along with the other couples, are finally declared man and wife. And now Anandi is Anandi Shivraj Shekhar. She found her true partner. The couple receives blessings from the elders which completes the marriage ceremony.

Finally it is time for Bidaai. A moment in every girl's life. One day they will leave their own home and proceed to another home, holding hands of someone the girl thinks as her soul partner. Like any other girl Anandi too cried, her family members recalled all the treasured moments with their daughter and finally they gave her hands to Shiv.

Both proceed together to Kesarbagh with dreams in their eyes and thus their journey of married life begins.

One of the most memorable day of Ansh during the past one year was during Teej festival. Anandi was upset for Sanchi still the festival day got its own charm and beauty. Ansh looked very good and appeared like much in love married couple. That was the beauty of that day. Anandi and Shiv performed all the rituals,the swing scene was beautiful.The Teej song played as BG enhanced the beauty of the rituals showing a happy Anandi doing them. Shiv was upset because moon was not coming up and his Anandi is hungry, he gave her the teej gift.Finally the moon came and a happy Ansh celebrated their first Teej together.Festivals always bring happiness and cheer to our lives.

Best moment of Ansh marriage

The mehendi episodes left a lasting impression. Best moment for me was when Anandi persuaded Dadisa to get mehendi put on her palm and instructed the mehendi dame to just make an Om' sign. At the same time we see Shiv persuading Choti ma to put mehendi on her palm. This was not only a pathbreaking moment involving both Shiv and Anandi in breaking social taboos but where Shiv understood Anandi's hesitations without her having to say anything.

My view about ansh marriage feelings...mehandi to bidai

I am sure I saw the two weeks of Ansh marriage but have not bothered to revisit the episodes or the WUs. So jotting down what I remember because those things are still in my mind.

I think that the makers dragged the months leading to marriage for too long. Will they marry, wont they. This thought was going through my mind for over a couple months until the wedding promos were seen. The suspense overkill diluted the actual ceremonies, which seemed to be never ending. Anandi looked beautiful though the dress could have been lighter. Shiv looked dashing. Lipstick could have been less obvious. The mehendi sequences was very well conceived. In fact, what set this marriage apart was the seamless interweaving of breaking of social taboos with each and every ceremony. Whether it was getting Dadisa to apply Anandi's mehendi or Anandi persuading Dadisa to apply mehendi. Anandi insisting upon other child brides to become participants in her marriage or both Anandi and Shiv taking a lead in getting married in a mass marriage ceremony. Shiv was an equal partner in all of Anandi's decisions not only because he loved Anandi, but he too believed that these social ills had no place in society.

Anandi's insistence on her bidai from BH was also very touching. Another moment of this wedding that I remember is the manner in which Jagya watched all of it on TV and left home just before the couple came back for the bidai rasam. At this time one could almost feel sorry for Jagya.

One image that is stuck in mind in addition to the om' on dadisa's palm is the image of Anandi falling asleep on Shiv's shoulder on their way to KB.

While I have a few at the top of my list including the confession scene, it is the holi morning scene that is imprinted in my mind. Anandi fresh from her batch in a white saree, no jewellery and Shiv's hesitation in applying colour to her. The gamut of emotions in the faces of both of them were a delight to watch. Anandi secure in her love for Shiv. Shiv secure too but ever ready to hear Anandi tell him how much he means to her. It was a playful scene, full of meaning that took their relationship a notch further.

Best moment of Ansh marriage

For me this was like dukhon ki kali raat main sukhon ke lal sooraj ka nikalna,

or like soone anterman main rango ka bikharana,

or like jevan ke beehad registan main kisi jharne ka footna,

or like nirasha ki kalima main aasha ki lalima ka aa jana,

Their marriage celebrations started with 'Haldi then came 'mehndi' with colours of love . In Mehndi ceremony not only Anandi and Shiv themselves applied mehndi but made happy all the unfortunate girls and ladies who were forbidden by the society to indulge this small pleasure of life , by first applying it to their hands. They even managed to convince Dadisa and Meenu for joining in their happiness by putting mehndi on their hands.

Though I liked most the moment when in the night after talking to Shiv on phone she said to Phooli to remove her mehndi .When Phooli objected she told her" Rang chad gaya hai." To me it looked like she was saying that Shiv ke pyar ka rang uss par chad gaya hai.

Dil ke taron par pyar ki ragini chedne phir aayi 'Sangeet' ki raat. Aakhon hi ankhon main hone lagi Ansh ke man ki baat. Sumitra brought back both of Ansh from their trans.They were made for each other couple and it was emphasized when during a rasam all husbands failed to recognize their long married beendanis only by touching their hands except Shiv. Despite his limited access to Anandi's hands he with eyes closed by a cloth recognized his 'would be sangani' hands only by feeling it.This showed the unspoken bond btw the Ansh.

Ma,baapusa,tausa,taisa, Sugna,Nandu and Dadisa all were very happy for their chidakali but they were hiding their pain of upcoming separation from their 'lado' behind their laughter.All presented a heart touching song for her remembering their time together since the day she came in their house as 'nanhi bedani'. When dancing started Ansh moves were coordinating very well and were giving indication of their future coordination in married lfe. I loved their dance ,they were speaking volumes with their eyes midst of all the family.

Then came the day we all were waiting anxiously and prayed for the peaceful conduction of Ansh marriage. Dulhan Anandi was looking surreal ,Dulha Shiv was also very dashing.When they came in mundap first varmala happen. We all know apna Shivji was quite a lambu and Mahi was advising him to raise his neck so that Anandi could not put varmala easily on his neck. But Shiv did not listen him and immediately bent his head in front of Anandi to make her work easy.I liked this gesture of him very much liked Anandi herself. It was indicating that without ego he would try to remove obstructions from her path.

Then after few more rasams ,panditji called Anandi's father for 'kanyadan'. Bhairo called Khazan Shigh for it but he asked from Bhairon and Sumitra for performing this ritual since more than him, they made every effort like a real parents to bring back happiness in Anandi's life. Anandi's eyes were moist hearing this . Bhairo and Sumitra performed the ritual.

Then pandit asked Ansh to take phere. The song which was perfect at this for this unique couple was ------

Taare hain barati, chandni hai ye barat,

Sato phere honge hathon main leke hath

Jeevansathi hum, diya aur bati hum...

Shiv and Anandi were taking phere around the sacred Agni tied by a 'gathabandhan' along with chanting of mantras. For first four pheras Shiv was leading the way. Then for next three pheras Anandi came forward and he was following her. They were giving 'vachan' to each other with every phera. Panditji was telling the meaning of those vachans. Afterwards came the most memorable moment when Shiv filled Anandi's maang with sindoor. With this both were proclaimed 'pati- patni' andAnandi entered in her new life of love and hope after leaving behind the shades of past sorrow .

She had to go to her new home but she wanted her vidai from 'Badi haveli' which was her home since her childhood days. Dadisa and maa knew her wish so took her to BH with Shiv and her new family.She was emotional while leaving her 'chaap' on the wall like a daughter. She took promise from all to take care of themselves in her absence. Shiv gave both her bapusa 's the promise to always take care of her.Finally when it seemed that it was difficult for Anandi to leave behind her dear ones, Shiv took her hand and lead her to the 'Doli' and then to Udaipur,her new home. Her past Jagdeesh was standing besides the road , waving and watching her with lonely eyes going with her loving husband to start a new journey in life filled with true happiness.

Most memorable moment of Ansh marriage in last one year

There are many memorable moments in the last one year of Ansh marriage which on remembering can bring happiness in my heart and a smile on my lips. But for me the most memorable Is the one when Anandi confessed her love to Shiv and made him the happiest person in the world. Their intensity , passion and expressions were unmatched in that scene. It has power to mesmerize me and till now I can not have enough of those scenes. I have never seen such portrayal of one's love confession on television screen till date. It was done very artistically and beautifully. As a couple it was a new beginning in Ansh life where both were now on equal grounds loving and respecting each other. Shiv rocked in that scene. He was able to bring out the raw emotions,the vulnerability and overwhelming ,giddy happiness of a person deeply in love. Anandi was also good in showing the unreserved feelings of a girl first time acknowledging her love to her husband.

An important phase of AnSh -

The most critical phase of their life that is just after becoming as a wife-husband being the most understanding 'best friends' ; where even if little it goes wrong, the essence of AnSh will be lost.

The real idea of bringing out A's fear, the hurt in certain terms as a wife, was not shown properly in the scenes after their wedding.

It was imbalanced either with too much desponess of S or too much of A with anxiety.

But thankfully one scene saved it.

The scene - 2nd Night after Wedding

It was nicely portrayed that how a girl who was once abandoned, going through a confusion about entering into the new marital life, who needs help for her to come out of that fear for her as well for her husband; her husband who loves her more than anything on this earth.

Her thought of unable to meet his 'expectation' and cant see him hurt too at the same time. Not knowing what to do whether she should share this with him, as she thinks she may hurt him in the process!

And no words spoken, he understood not exactly the entire situation but sensed how much was required so that a next step can be taken by him for her to speak her mind and heart to him.

Here A was herself, crying for her husband, feeling bad for being helpless, feeling bad that she had hurt him unknowingly, which she always does for her loved ones in this kind of similar situation. And him understanding her as always whom she adores.

This is the Real AnSh who were same before and after the marriage !!!

It is been said the darker the colour deeper your partner loves you .there was no doubt that colour of Anandi's mehendi will surely be dark

It was special mehendi as as our special ansh as they called women to put mehendi who restricted as per social norms .

HALDI-Haldi was mixed feeling event when on both side the haldi ceremony took palce.Happiness was too see Anandi glowing more ,not due to haldi but to have her smitra maa back from US on such a special occasion of her life.but on the other hand shiv was arrested during the same occasion .As some misundertandings were occurred

MARRIAGE -It was a devotional experience a girl who deserved all happiness of the world but did not got was now finaaly going to get it .

A togetherness of partner who just does not love her but respect her equally.The marriage was samuhik with Anandi many other womens who lost their interest in life were gaining happiness .With the media covering and chief minister himself present setting a milestone in the society .Marriage is about starting a new life but in ansh marriage it was also about letting others also to start their new life.

The scene was picturesque, visually beautiful, representing archetypal circles of life and love. Anandi and Shiv, slowly stepped onto the road that the two can pass through only with love, commitment and sacrifice. I was just stunned by the universal, timeless substance of the scene. One shot was taken from the air, so we could actually see the weal in which they stepped in, merciless weal of time which could be exceeded only by love. AnSh looked fully aware of the kind of journey that they started.

First of all, I loved all the rituals because they were visually beautiful and deeply meaningful as a preparation for passing over threshold of marital life.

Haldi ritual - had warmth of the blessings of the loved ones. The emotional highlight was the moment when A heard Sumi's voice and opened eyes to see her maa. I was 😭

Another one surely was the moment when A asked DS to apply mehendi on her hands, and DS excepted, breaking one last taboo for the love of her precious A.

Then I remember A who leaves imprint of her hands in the doorway (I think?). I felt as if she left last mark of her presence in Singh's home.

The wedding itself - colorful, picturesque "performance" with multiple layers of meanings hidden in every single detail of AnSh appearance and ritual gestures. Although I could only anticipate the exact meaning of rituals, that didn't bother me. Because I felt that AnSh entered an "once upon a time" or better "once before the time" world where male and female would be united again. At the same time Shiv from this world was like "my dream is coming true" and Anandi was like "is this divine man is going to be my husband?"☺️. I enjoyed developments in both mythical and real world.

Farewell scene in BH - again something of out-of-this-world quality when Anandi was leaving her home while throwing rice behind. Too much crying, though, I felt pity for Shiv.

Finally, KB - entering new life with so much light in their eyes and (seemed to me) fire in their hearts. Shiv and his "May I?"😳 - priceless! Later on, he was impatient to spend time alone with his wife ... not knowing that he would soon return to reality...

And the fairy-tale ended ... Did they live happily ever after?😉

Because it's simple, everyday scene - wify preparing coffee and he comes to speak with her.

But, the scene showed closeness, love, trust, humor, it showed the level of confidence they reached in a year.

When he approached softly, I felt as if he entered her private space where she was lost in her thoughts - and it was done so naturally. Because it's natural for them to share privacy.

Then a moment when she looked at him so lovingly, determined to hide the truth that could hurt him.

Shiv was teasing A first, and then appeared boyishly open in front of her, all happy about parents' anniversary.😛 And, of course, in typical "I'm so happy with my life" manner, he didn't get a clue that she was concerned about something much bigger then kitchen duties. He who can see only one goal at the time, and she who emotionally encompasses his whole world. It was tiny, delicate, emotional but dynamic scene. Revealed the beauty of their relationship and anticipated the storm that was about to begin.
