How to cope?

Shekhars now need to take a holiday to Las Vegas or Europe or even Australia. Even an african safari will be great fun. They are quite rich and they must take a chill pill and enjoy a good holiday abroad.

Sumitra can go to temple and stay there for some days or go on a pilgrimage with DS.

Ordinary people cope this type of situations in their own way. Instead of crying and becoming morose.

Even when there is death, after the 11th or 13th day, they start living normal lives.

Sanchi can get into an acting school for a change. She acts very well.😆

Anandi can buy a tortoise as a pet and talk to it or seek its advice.😆

any other suggestions from less serious members?

When I face this type of situation, I have my own mechanism to cope though not advisable. I eat what I like to eat, have a good sleep, go for shopping, buy what I like without thinking.

Fifty percent of stress is taken care of by this.

Next i will try to watch my favrourite sitcoms, movies with friends, go for picnics.

Having pets like cats and dogs help a lot.
