I can see anandi becoming an MLA after fighting elelctions and she may even become a minister for women and social welfare and I can see shiv working under her.

I think every chief minister will have an IAS as his chief secretary. And chief minister can always call a meeting with them whenever it is necessary. If anandi heads a state ministry like women and child welfare, surely she may interact with IAS officers as every District IAS officer is responsible for not only law and order but also general well being of the people under him or her.
Anyways a minister's position is always above that of bureaucrats as the former are people's representatives with ministries under them. If we look at the recent Durga Shakti episode, the governor is nowhere on the scene and even supreme court did not want to intervene. It is the minister concerned and chief minister who are now taking decisions like holding enquiry, initiating transfers etc.

How Ganga will become director sa of hospital Nurses cannot become MD's of hospitals it will be next to impossible for them to run a hospital but yes she will become boss in the house Imagine doctor saa boss in hospital Mrs Boss in the house 😛😆

She will not be a mere nurse and she will be doctor's wife. It is their personal hospital, I think. She can become honorary doctor or director from the workers side just like in banks.

i believe they will be full professional in hospital She won't be treated as MD's wife but will be as nurse It might be there personal hospital but still rules are rules There are nurses senior to her working there as well so i don't think Ganga will want herself to be treated specially because she will be their MD's wife she will work as a nurse only
