Firstly, we all, by now, knw Sidharth rite? So how can u believe that such an altercation took place btwn him and a fan. And why would he disrespect a fan...when he clearly has been thankin and appreciating his fans? IF...IF an altercation took place then we should find out what the 'supposed' fan did to provoke him...

Secondly, a man who loves his mom as much as Sidharth loves Mommyji, will not disrespect any woman...I've always said that whatever he is today is a reflection of his mom...and the way she's brought him up...so I don't believe in the slightest that Sidharth could disrespect a woman...IF an incident did occur then its being spiced up to make him look bad.

Right now Sidharth's career is spiking and people can't handle other's success so wherever they can find a way to tarnish someone's image, they will do it.

We should not get hyped up by silly little stories like this...Sidharth as we know him is a wonderful human being...and we as his fans should learn to ignore stuff like this cos by us reacting...the word spreads and as word spreads...more 'tadka' is added...

There's lot of things fans do which could be beyond their limits. There has many such incidents where a female actor has done to protect themselves from stalkers. Actors do have personal life, if a fan behaves in a way, which could be a trouble to the actors personal life, what's wrong in reacting. In this article what Siddharth did is only mentioned, what about the girl's behavior? Siddharth could've been provoked, who knows what exactly happened?

I am appalled by some of the posts in this thread !!

So the girl deserved being assulted by him coz she behaved erratically ??

I am not saying tht the story is true...It might be a fabricated story by media or the channel.

But sayin that the girl deserved it is so crude !!

I know fans behave erratically...and celebrities are always surrounded by staff to handle them.They dont have to actually get physical with the fans.

Its really disturbing to see ppl supporting this sort of backlash.Hitting a female under any circumstance is not a gentlemanly action..period.

Sid is a nice person we all know but this dosent justify his behaviour. I would not consider him a gentleman if this news is true.

And respect his mother dosent mean a man will respect all females if that was the case we wouldnt have mama's boys being abusive husbands...anyways thts another argument.

Neha, I don't think anyone's saying she deserved it. People are just theorising that if it was an over-zealous fan crossing her limits, it's understandable that Sid reacted badly, because anyone would react negatively if they felt like someone was creeping them out or stifling them. Perhaps the girl in question was some TC journalist hounding him for info, and that's why the media are now painting him in a bad light...

I think the general consensus here is that it doesn't seem in character for Sid to randomly splash water on and shout at a lady for no reason, and that the news must therefore be either a) completely fabricated, b) exaggerated, or c) true, but as a result of provocation by the girl.

If of course Sid did misbehave with this girl for no reason at all, I think all of us will be suitably appalled!

This piece of news is FAKE . PERIOD.

If we think logically then we'll be able to see dat dis news is not true. Rightnow , professionally Sid's career is at a high with bv , jhalak and him recently winning d best actor award. Moreover Sid has a huge fanbase, so has been getting loads of votes in jdj. His phangurls literally vote for him ALL NiGHT! WITHOUT SLEEPING! LOL!! He has got some really crazy obsessive fans in twitter who literally bashed Karan Patel n Mantra for saying something abt him in jhalak which resulted in mantra publicly tweeting dat he actually likes Sid n blah blah...so all in all it looks like some people r seriously trying to malign his image to weaken his fanbase and votebank. This whole thing has got to do with jdj...its very clear! Now d only question is who is spreading dis fake rumors?

Neha ...here none of us is supporting sid's behavior...we are just saying that may be there is some gap in between the reality and news...we exactly do not know that what was happened...may be reporters made a simple incident to a masaladar news...infact we do not know that in what situation he was facing then...have you ever seen the video during the kashmir shoot????? ...the fans were just dragging sid's jacket...but he was handling it so politely...some times we forget that actors /stars are too human being...although they are public figure but they have their own space too...if someone want to break your privacy may be you too reacted like this ...or some time we became upset due to our metal or physical stress and loose our politeness...that means not that we are bad or uncultured.
