Mumbai: Daily soap actor Siddarth Shukla, who plays Shiv in Balika Vadhu is keen to make a Bollywood debut as he has already wooed the audience very soon in the show and has a dream to work in the films. The actor said that he is not a planner, just an executor.
According to the actor, things are not in his hand, he is just preparing himself, adding that, if something will comes-up he will be there. Siddarth wants to be a part of power-packed movies such as Dhoom 2, Sholay, Deewar, Dabangg 2.
No doubt he has a killer physique and a charming face which is loved by audience as he has already made a fantastic entry in Balika vadhu by rescuing Anandi.
Siddharth plays Anandi's second husband Shiv in the daily soap but very quickly, he succeeded to carve his image before viewers. The actor entered the show mid-way but the pair of Anandi-Shiv won the hearts of several people.
He said, "Shiv is the kind of character that I was confident I could play. He is pretty interesting, which is why I took the plunge."
"Those characters have been there for so long and have made a mark for themselves. So I did know that it would be tricky. I was more concerned about how people would accept me," he added.
