I agree, when I look at FB/Colors website, public opinion looks stacked against this change!

pratyusha can still come back if channel comes to know real pic of ph who might have become very prejudiced that shiv can take the serial on his shoulders and asked pratts to leave but no viewers feel just left ignored and hopeless without pratyusha ,,, so voices can make change ,,, and how much effort the head puts broken mirror will show broken image ,,,, so better pratts should be brought back she can still create magic

This is my view too! In fact I feel that the people who are calling us emotional fools are the real ones because of this very reason. Viewers should dictate TV viewing, not the other way round. The fact that this news article about an Indian soap got published in a non Indian print media, is enough proof to understand that viewer sentiment is against this change across the globe.

@Nikks - That's because indian audience is much more gullible. Look at the condition of the TV industry - the avg. quality? People will settle for anything, they submit their choice/opinion to PHs very easily. I feel people not accepting the change & voicing their opinion is healthy. How else will the consumer command TV viewing if we don't do that. The ball always lies in the court of the producers, this way.

And this sort of not just acceptance, but promotion of the replacement, I am honestly seeing only on IF here. Elsewhere I have only heard negative stuff. I can understand if people like an actress, its their personal choice, but I have not seen people promoting Toral as I have seen here. I have a feeling, a few people from the PH have the job of actress promotion here. Because here I see people censoring the opinion of a majority of people, sneering at them for not willing to accept change, calling them cry babies, emotional fools, etc. This is shocking for me. In the TV industry, where people get selected based on looks, personality, voice, acting skills, etc, the viewer will obviously think over these and be judgmental about these aspects! Their personal opinion/liking of a person on television will depend on all this.

Here an actor is replaced by another one who looks the compete opposite of the first one. Obviously comparisons will happen. You can't censor human nature! Here it's not about bashing a human being for his/her looks. That happens when an actor has been in a certain role for some time & his/her look, etc is bound by the character scope. When people unnecessarily criticize or put too much emphasis on styling, looks, etc.

Feels good to be a teeny weeny part of change.. fells good to make a difference even if one can't see its immediate effects.. Colors and PH cannot deny the fact that the audience is the King.. the remote is our hands and I'll not go down without fighting.

i just still think n think n conclude that pratyusha gave her stateent that due to hectic schedules she gave up ths show n sources said she was unhappy with mannerism of head of department ,,, she just opted out and said she ll come back in a month so she is not confiding anything ,,, she gave true statements plus she said it was past her move for movies ,,,so she denied that also ,,, it is channel who is now not analysing due to faul t of PH the show audience are suffering

Think about this - This is an article from a world source, telling about viewer opinion. And as per people here, this article/post will get censored by a site DEDICATED to serial viewers and opinion. 😲 ❓

I say that if you don't like this change people,kindly express your opinion & in fact change your channel! So that we are able to communicate this to the PH & they do something about it. Like maybe getting at least an actress who has any resemblance in looks, acting & persona, to Anandi. Or better get Prats back! That's a long shot though. How else will PH come to know? Or change the lead, if they don't get strong indications? Read strong indications = Fall in TRP = Less revenue.

there are many ppeps who want us to accept the new gal but most of abrod veiwers also feel that gal is too older in looks n not comfortable with shiv ,, they want pratts with her natural look,,, ansh is in heart of all viewers no one can replace that how much efforts PH tries and yes trp will speak in few weeks

Haha.. the irony of it all ;). Makes me pity the forum. In fact people should give their opinion on websites like FB/colors which matter more than this forum. and yes if you don't like the change, kindly change the channel :)

I really liked your view about customer being king. How with the shorter attention span and the variety of options an average viewers has these days, the statement is more true than ever. PH has to come down from its high throne, when public opinion is translated in lesser revenue. Bravo!

guys even in fb someone posted pratts split up with mac but that was one yr old article ,, it was just to malgn image of pratts so peeps of channel are doing lot to morphe the image of an actress to get themselves white ,,, plus one of khabru of cahnnel peeps there full day n here in forum also
