Nice post as always Anjana!On my first viewing of the epi...I forwarded through it coz I was running short of time and just wanted to see the setting of the epi- I was like Whoa!? they spent the entire epi on AnSh giving that useless J a bhashaan?

But after reading the glowing recos for todays epi on the forum, I sat through the entire thing...

Only thing I took away from it is a thought for J: Homeboy got SCHOOLED!😆😆

Anjy - Brilliant post.That one fb spilled the entire truth abt "prayashchit"...what really amazed me was that a man like Jagiya...who cant live without his luxurious life...preferred living in a remote village in a mud hut than seeing Anandi married to someone else.Tells how much hurt his ego was.He really could not fathom how to deal with the extreme hurt to his abhimaan and so he ran away on the pretext of repentance.

The last line of my post summarises my comment:to generalise it,is wrong. And my comment was not directed at any one;'s comment. My comment was only towards the voice over.

You are right. The voice over comes across as giving sermons to the society but, most of the times the thoughts behind these so called sermons are warped and twisted logic. I do not know if you ever think over it or not. but,if you think over it,you will find many times the logic is basically the thought of a twisted male mind. There is a veiled and subtle suggestion that women are weaklings as a rule and divorced women are the worst lot. For women,their past,their ex and the ex's family are everything and that is the way it should be(though they do not say it openly,through carefully chosen words and the actions/reactions of the female protagonist of the tele drama they try to reinforce the idea.). I would not be that harsh to the protagonists of the voice over,but, we do have a word to describe them.

Nice post. Now a days I have stopped watching BV. I just can not stand the J drama. But comments and interpretations by you all, I am tempted to watch the epi.

The FB came in his mind was Ansh ki marriage,the main reason behind his palayan.

Shiv is truly a gentleman... he took his permission and after he acknowledged... slapped him from all direction... 😆 😆

At 1 point I was wondering whether he ran away because Dadisa called Shiv Laadesar... And poor Shiv had to clarify that also "Arre gaadesar... listen tu he rahega, DS ka pig-head... chaal ab natak bandh kar aur ghar chal" and he agreed... 😆
