there so many questions but no answers...

we have the president-pranab mukherjee's son~ who is an MP himself making disgusting remarks about the women protestors at India Gate...

mamta banerjee herself + a women MP from her party making ridiculoius remarks about the park street rape case...

an 8 year old girl gang raped...and is now 16 years of age...and no verdict given to the accused...

a gang rape victim committed suicide as police refused to register a case

a 2 year old was raped by her uncle and died in a gujrat hospital...

amanat's case has come out in the open...because her friend who tried to save her and anamat herself were dumped out in the open...
and the accused were caught cuz they belonged to lower middle class...had the rapists been some politician's son/relative...they would have been out on bail...

the rape cases in india are in 1000's which have not come out in the open...and if they have... after a month or so they are forgotten by everyone...and no verdict is given for years...rapists are out on bail and it is the rape-survivor who suffers !!!
this is india...??!!

PS: all the above stories are recent !!!

May her Soul R.I.P
She has definitely gone to a better place...away from all the pain and suffering...
Where there would be no politics., no prejudices and no mean mentalities...
Where there would be no difference between a man and a woman...
Where she can forever be happy.

may her soul rest in peace..

I just wanted to share with you people a conversation I had with my coleague this mng.. looking at my mood he asked wats d problem, wen I tld him abt d death of ths girl, he laughed at me n asked y r u upset fr a girl whom u never knw, moreover that was in delhi far away from here... wen I tld him, that girl wanted to live he again made a sarcastic comment - y did she wanted to live, wat would she have done if she lived, anyhow her life was a big waste & its better that she died..

I was just shocked at this statement.. arre, she was just 23... yet to see and cherish her life but lost it for no fault of her... problem lies in d mindset of the people.. unless the root gets removed; there is no use by just making laws..

Those culprits should get hanged in public...

dont know what rubbish I've typed.. totally off d mood today.. due to ths incident & yesterday's precap..
