TAM Results: Social drama tops TV charts

Everyone needs a report card to track their progress, and that's the case with the TV industry too. In October, their weekly report card ' TAM ratings ' was shelved owing to the introduction of set-top boxes and a digitalisation process. Now after nine weeks, they're back, and we have the figures. The usual

suspects still occupy the top 10 spots, but there's been one major surprise ' Colors has overtaken Star Plus to bag the first position. The two channels have 239 GRPs (Gross Rating Points) and 231 GRPs respectively.

Reality show wars

Colors's Bigg Boss season 6 opened with a high TRP of 4.1, but its average rating in the past month was 2.5. Meanwhile, Sony's Kaun Banega Crorepati is still leading on weekends, averaging at 3.3 TRP.

And it's all because of our beloved ansh track. I don't know if BV can mantain its high trp if it replaces ansh with Jughead and Ganga. Atleast I dont want to watch Jughead in place of Shiv. They were so happy to go on and on when anandi was all sad and crying for jagya. They dragged those scenes so much but not when anandi is finally happy with Shiv they want to pull down their trps by changing the limelight.
