I just can't understand how they can say that he is corrupt based on the quotations in the tender.

figures of rail budget were tampered by jug they were reduced to less and the real quote sent were higher so means some ghotala has been done n how it happened in collector office where only it is kept confidential

Hmmm... 🤔 You know what gowri di i think they should atleast realise that all this must've happened after S checked and signed it. Coz its obvious that he checked it properly. And as you said BS should step in and check both hard - soft copies then the matter will ne crystal clear. J was the only 3rd party involved. AnSh akkal ka use karein to they will figure out everything BUT if CVs want to show J as a hero they might not show anything ( just guessing and all ) and will jump to J confession.
