The hospital Bhairon made for him has gone to Lal Singh its not like it can be taken away and given back to Jagya, he could work for them but could Jagya tolerate working under his friend at a hospital that was suppose to be his in the first place.

Jagya's family wont trust him and wont provide funds, not after the mess of blackmailing them for his part of the property.

Also what happens to Gauri's marital status if Jagya and Gauri separate I'm very confused as I know its an illegal marriage but Gauri and Jagya's is on paper and I take it if she goes for divorce then everything comes out how they are illegally married. So how does Gauri get free from this mess?

To be honest with you, I DO NOT remember WHO owns the hospital now. I can recall that Bhairon said to Lal that he can work in there, but if Lal owns it, I can't tell.

no lal singh doesnt own he is the head incharge doctor of the hospital. The hospital is a non profit charitable hospital.. the charity ofcourse done by the haveli people..(bhairav,basant and dadisa)
