disaggregate the two

I think what bhairon should do now is to disaggregate the two matters -- anandi's divorce and jagya's property... and he should tell jagya ...

I am very sure, Anandi will intervene and force Bhairon to give Jagya his share. For once I would like Anandi to leave things to Bhairon.😳

well bhairon is not a small child. If he wants to, he can easily override anandi.

I agree. But we are talking abt BV. Anandi just has to say "Par Bapusa" with a sad face and Bhairon gives in easily. And Anandi just has to be fair. She may feel , a share in the property is Jagya's birthright and only bcz of her he is being denied that. She will immediately go into her mahaan mode and emotionally appeal to eveyone.Maybe this time Dadisa is around and she is smart to say the least and wounded too. Maybe she will take a firm stand.

I doubt Anandi will support jagya this time...he has badly abused her and blamed her to Gawari's accident...and anandi has vowed to completely get over him.

I am really done with Anandi being abused time and again by J and G. I just can't take it anymore. If they speak against her this time, I really want somebody to take a firm stand, even Anandi herself, and for once put these two idiots in their place. Actually I am so pissed off I could do it myself.😳😆

I am hopng tht this times she keeps her mouth shut...if she cant oppose jagya atleast she should not support his claim...and anyways Gawari's with jagya I doubt she'll let anybody else speak with her shouting 😆😆

I read somewhere that if parents or owner of a property decides not to give their property or money to a heir then the heir cannot claim the share...law cannot help him to get his share...in this case I thing if Dadisa and Bhairon decides to strip Jagya of any share on their ancestral riches Jagya cannot claim it at all...as far as the divorce is considered, if Anandi or her family members file case against Jagya for abandoning his first wife and marrying another woman while the first wife is alive not only J will be behind the bars but getting a divorce from him will be easy and fast...this is what I think...correct me if I am wrong.

But remember a few episodes ago after anandi signed the divorce papers, she was looking at the sun locket and saying, ki jagya ab mere paas tumko dene ke liye kuch bhi nahi hai...
