Whats with the divorce after 6 months?

ok I asked my friend about this, because in some serials like 'Simar ka Sasural' the lawyer or anybody didnt bother to give us this information that, even though now the papers have been signed the official divorce ll happen after 6 months, they just carried out the divorce [between Prem and Roli] directly .

And my friend did say its compulsory according to law..

BUT here, I feel it is a little fishy, that they gave us this detail bcos most are happy that anandi and jagya are getting divorced, BUT knowing the Jughead Jagya is, and seeing his expression now, he may even sign the papers... FOR NOW, but when he gets to know about Anandi's marriage, do you guys really think he would be ready to appear in the court for the OFFICIAL divorce 6 months later...knowing the RANG BADALNE WALA GIRGIT 😡 he is...I dont think we should be happy so soon...more drama seems to be awaiting, he would probably dump Gauri just like he did Anaandi knowing that Anaandi ll be tying the knot with somebody else...watsay...
