Abhishek bumps into Asha who starts yelling at him thinking he is a guy upto no good. Abhishek sees Asha limping away. Lal Singh comes there and takes him to introduce to Shyam and family. Asha is shocked to know Abhishek is the new orthopedic doc.
Abhishek examines Varun and says that he will definitely get back to normal. He recommends some medication, and offers to come to MS haveli everyday to help Varun exercise. S&S leave with Varun to get medicines. Asha is left alone with Abhishek. He looks at the x-ray and says its not a fracture and he apologises to Asha. Asha apologises too. Abhishek tells her that they will compromise, agree both were at fault and accept each other's apology. He examines asha's foot and ties a bandage. As Asha leaves Abhi tells her he is a good guy.
Gauri in bus and again remembering Shivani, Kunda tai and Bade papa's words. Meanwhile, Anandi attends new school's bhoomi poojan. Gauri's bus stops there as villagers request the bus to stop so they can see the proceedings. Old sarpanch praises Anandi and calls her sarpanch bitiya. Gauri hears this and is shocked. He praises Anandi, while laying out all her achievements. All villagers praise Anandi.Gauri looks on shocked and upset. Sarpanch continues and highlights all of Anandi's achievements while indirectly dissing Jagya.
The adults at haveli do evening pooja and Gauri calls Bhairav. Everyone is shocked.
