I know Anandi is from a backward and small village in Rajasthan and knowing her background it would be unthinkable for a ''good woman from a respectable family'' to file a case against her husband.
But I wish that for once, the CVs make Anandi put aside the ''mahaanta aur sanskaron ka jhola'' and fight for justice!
It is not just about one woman and her own rights. In fact if Anandi takes such a step, then in the context of that serial, it would be an eye opener for many other women like her in her village and neighbouring villages! It would be wonderful if Anandi becomes an example, a ''misaal'' for the whole village.
Please, CVs, make it a cause for abandoned and exploited women!
A Jagya is confident about doing anything and can afford to say ''bhaad mein jaye kanoon ya duniya'' only because he knows that Anandi will not do anything!
In fact, in real life, men keep doing anything because they know that the woman is emotionally attached to them and their family and would never take any step against them! 🤢
Women keep putting with up with so much crap - be it molestation, domestic violence, emotional and physical torture in fear of society or in false hopes that some day God will do justice or the husband will repent or come back. They are trained not to raise a voice and quietly bear everything...😡
This is the very reason that men are able to get away with anything and are proud of themselves and what they do! This is the reason why women are treated like doormats!🤢
It's not about Anandi getting down a pedestal or taking revenge. It's about JUSTICE.
Today, in the context of the serial, an Anandi and Singh family know the laws, but if they file a case and if perhaps local media also covers it, then the whole region will come to know about laws and it would help the cause of women (in the context of the serial).
Anandi can become a role model in the serial just like a Nisha Sharma or a Bhanwari Devi in real life.⭐️
I don't want it to be like that movie KANK, in which everyone gets to change their spouse like a pair of socks, after some drama and hiccups!🤢
If Anandi simply remarries or stays unmarried while Jagya enjoys his illegal marriage with Gauri, then the entire cause of this serial and this track gets defeated!
I know Anandi doesn't want to take such a step right now. But then, even Arjun did not wish to fight against his own cousins and gurus in Mahabharat! I wish someone (not from the Singh family, coz no matter what they could remind her of her debt to them for supporting her) like her Teacher ji becomes her Krishna and guides her to fight the battle of her life and the battle for justice!
After all, doing injustice is a sin, but putting up with injustice is even greater sin!
