The creatives want to give legitimacy to Jagya and Gauri by making her the girl who was married off to Jagya in childhood. Thus making Anandi's life doubly miserable.
Gauri could have been a stranger to whom Jagya had been attracted to.
And Gudiya can still be there with some basic education and working like a teacher like Phooli and Anandi.
Then it will be not be a triangle but a square or rectangle or whatever and more complicated.
Gudiya can suddenly appear on screen and Gauri may have to deal with 2 girls. And Jagya with 3 wives.
Where was Gauri's rich tauji when her family was poverty stricken and helpless? Does this tauji has no family of his own?
