the suhaagans in BV never wear a mangalsutra!!!!!!!! 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕

in rajasthan no one wears that??

only sindoor is a suhaagans nishani???? 😆

well i have no idea abt the Rajasthani pratha ... but may be ppl dont wear or they do but in this show it is'nt shown

Yeah we dont wear mangalsutra in Rajasthan thts not our tradition but these days as ppl want to wear they do but its not compulsory but yes sindoor and bindi's are compulsory

i guess its not compulsury to wear among rajasthanis so they dont. and i am glad they have retained the regional flavor of the show and depicting the local culture accurately. it was too boring to see standard ceremonies like mehendi, sangeet, haldi, karwa chauth being performed by all families on tv irrespective of what region they belong to. india has a rich cultural heritage and it is nice to know more abt them.
