August 28th Written Update

Sorry guys, brief update!😳

Anandi storms towards Jagdish and demands to know why he left her at the mandir and promises to complain to Sumitra. Jagdish is angry and pulls her chothi. Anandi starts crying and Sugna and Pratap are worried that their secret will come out. They promise Anandi sweet mangoes if she doesn't tell anyone at home where she'd been to.

House…

Sugna kicks up a fuss and is upset with Sumitra for refusing to do her gauna. Ananadi asks why her gauna was done earlier than Sugna's and Sumitra explains it was so that Sugna and Anandi could both have someone to keep them company.

At dinner, Dadi scolds Sumitra for not putting enough ghee in Jagdish's food and remarks that she can't look after her own son properly. Jagdish complaisn that his teacher will scold him for not doing his work as he was out all day with Sugna. Dadi and Prasand assure him that fi the etacher says anything then they will see to it. Anandi whispers to Sumitra that she's hungry.

Sumitra loudly asks Anandi to help her with something in the kitchen – inside she gives Anandi something to eat and tells her to eat quickly and then come back out. Anandi finishes eating and comes out. After everyone leaves, Dadi reminds Anandi to eat in Jagdish's plate. When she's out of sight, Sumitra gives her a fresh plate and Anandi brightens up.

Jagdish's room…

Jagdish struggles with his maths problem. Anandi comes in and solves the problem straight away. He promises to buy her a kulfi if she does the next five questions. Anandi happily starts on the questions but Dadi scolds her and tells her to stay away from his books. Anandi runs of upset and Dadi also warns Jagdish to keep Anandi away from books.

Downstairs…

Sumitra consoles Anandi and tells her to go watch TV. Dadi takes Sumitra to one side and tells her to keep Anandi away from books otherwise she will become even more spoilt. Anandi overhears this and is upset,

Later…

Anandi's parents arrive. Anandi and Draupathi weep as they hug each other. Anandi asks why they took so long to come see her and questions if they didn't miss her. Draupathi cries and says that they missed her a lot.
