I don't think the character claiming to be DV is actually DV. He may not be Ranveer, but he is definitely not DV. The only reason I say this is because DV's character can NEVER be redeemed. He raped women (I know I am using the term raped broadly here since women came willingly though under financial pressure and false pretenses), and shot Amoli's husband Radhe in cold blood.
While the whoring around could be forgiven (which it often is in Ekta Shows 😕), cold-blooded, pre-meditated murder is unforgivable. On top of which, DV is a bigamist (which is the least of his character flaws at this point).
I would much rather this be some guy with a vendetta against DV's family than DV himself because that makes the story between Amoli and DV a little difficult to digest (though I will still watch because the chemistry between the two is great 😳, even if the height difference is a little too much at times 😆).
What do you guys think?
