and as for the viral promo 😆 i have a theory in my mind about this

ram hating baarish and firing tarun might be a

flashback. probably ram is sharing this story to priya in the lift they might have been stuck in the lift. in flashback, maybe after ram was ditched by vedika as he was poor, he worked hard to bring kapoor industries to height, and was khadoos for that time only due to his breakup with vedika, and even hated rain which he used to love. and then tarun got recently hired that timeand when the umbrella slipped khadoos ram ‘fired him’ and then probably vedika came to talk to him, he thought maybe she wanted to patch up or something but then when she requested about shivi-sid wedding he realized he should not have changed himself for vedika. and then when vedika went away he got drenched in the rain, and became the pehle wale cheerful ram again. and then he immediately went to tarun and apologised to him and got him his job back, and he might have shared about what he has in heart to tarun as at home he has no one to share with and his friends hate vedika so they will try to divert the topic and not let him speak. and this is why ram treats tarun so specially(refers all the helpers as tarun)
