I think the promo is twisted to get some reaction out of us

Vedika will not say any such thing.

It will be a dream or maybe she will say su else.

In the promo it is a 5 sec conversation which is edited to another level.

Definitely vedika is saying something like agr hum shadi krte to khush rehte but ab zindagi ne dusra chance Diya hai tumko priya dege or mujhe shashi se chutkara dege. Hum dono ko zindagi me age badna chahiye.

Nandini is playing a long haul. Vedika is desperate not nandini. And nandini needs vedika right now so she will not let vedika come out like this. So therefore ram jee Jaan lga dega priya ko pane ke liye or dusri taraf nandu and vedu will make sure priya perceives all this as boj and ram ki hamdardi. They will guilt trip her into leaving ram.
