General POV check up😂 need opinions!

Don’t mind me throwing a 🌈 in… I type it in segments…. so I need differentiation 😆

Context: I got a weird dm saying that I support Ram sometimes and Priya sometimes …. I questioned priya’s usool recently and made fun of ram’s apology before it aired and that I couldn’t appreciate the scene🤷‍♀️🤯…that makes me some kind of hypocrite?🤣…

I mean, I can be ,I don’t know, I am human at best… infact,many of us are because of inherent human biases… but once we become aware of them.. we put in action to correct our mistakes..isn’t it?

And blindly supporting one character just because it is played by an actor/actress that you are interested in/fan of irrespective of what they do… isn’t that hypocritical? 🤔

I think I have made fun of both Ram and Priya in different situations, scenes,story,editing, communication and all… 😆

But,it’s not like I am pro priya means I am pseudo feminist and I am pro ram means I support MCPism?(also,where did this come from?😱 these two are very real and endearing fl and ml so far) And I should be sorry, that I am not supporting single person What kind of rationale is this ?🙈 🤣

Also, I am Team RaYa… I have made my stance clear on here multiple times…

Also..Did I happen to bash / attack / defend any leads?

I might be critical of the characters and storyline and even editing at times, but surely not the actors, right?

Infact I am learning of Dp and Nm now in the past months of balh… I am aware of them, but like I said always, at the time of pkdh, they were cute.. but I used to get to watch 1 serial and that became dabh, at that point of time…later it was yhm… and didn’t get back to itv until now, that damned pakodi, rain, you will go into debt if you run a pharmacy wale promos …

also, I never followed ishqbaaz.. but the random clips that I see are funny, which I have mentioned as well… so… by all means… I don’t care who got more importance where…

Coming to me supporting Priya in anger,it wasn’t because I thought priya wanted unconditional trust, Infact the opposite, I wanted Ram to hold his horses, and give the benefit of doubt, before deciding Akki as the culprit… wanted a complete investigation…

I still do.. I want a full on POSH team involved… it is still a major crime.

Just like how Priya did, during annulment time, when they got leaked, she didn’t go off and say… “I am going, you go anywhere, anyway I am leaving, why should I care about your name, when my family’s name is in jeopardy and that I need to support my family… I will take care of the mess and could have decisively made ram a culprit for not letting Shikki marry each other😳…” she worked with him, irrespective of the people trying to create difficulties…

This time,to even get to think in her pov, she had to put her life in line… she trusted him, he didn’t live up to that... this is what ‘she’ saw.. we know what happened between ram and Akki and vedu… not her…

now, is it too much to ask for benefit of doubt… if not simple trust, when she proved herself again and again ?

It is not about her character anymore, her personality and principles are being questioned …her upbringing is being questioned…

and in the similar situations, Ram acts according to his pov, which does seem heroic, but if wrong, he asks a sorry and all will move on?

What if she asks in reverse, “you didn’t have your own family… so you don’t know how and what to trust,you just know how to please people…” ..

.. if his principles and upbringing are questioned?…we visibly saw him getting defensive and dismissive…

Coming to accident, YES.. I want it to be solved fair and square too…I also want Priya to give the same benefit of doubt to Ram… also what was she thinking confronting her father seeda?

@youknowwho… I literally said that you can ask me/anyone whatever on edt about show…there are toxic forums I agree, this is not one of them!

… but calling out names and slurs based on personal opinions on a fictional show is never cool… you need to grow up still,even better do something that keeps you busy other than being velle!😆

P.S.: I could have sent it personally to you… like you said, this is public forum… and I can express whatever I feel …. And you have the same right too…as long as it doesn’t border into hate heaping or break community guidelines and regulations!

We are all entitled to opinions and we can express them too. If someone disagrees with our view, it's OK. But getting very aggressive about it, it's not OK.

Like you, behen, I am not an NM or DP fan. They happen to do a decent job of the main leads. Given a chance, if it has gone to someone else, they would have done it well too. See BALH1 had senior actors who played Raya beautifully and see NM and DP filled in their shoes beautifully. They are actors and are getting paid to act. Such roles are once in a lifetime, so they will work harder.

Coming to characters, both Ram and Priya are flawed. So it will happen that one day we end up supporting Ram and another Priya. It's completely one's perspective. Normally we put ourselves in their shoes and think about what we would have done. People react to situations differently. Not everyone should think alike, if that was the case, the world would be a peaceful place to live, hai naa?

Every one is entitled to their own opinion and what matters is how it is presented, such that it is not abusive and in bad taste. It should be based on the character analysis and not derogatory remarks against the actors.

Often one’s views may not match with others, when we can choose to ignore.
At the end of the day it is a fictional show, and does not warrant for a level of investment where we launch personal attacks if we come across views not matching ours.

I do not recall any comment from you which crossed the lines.
This is a open forum where all are free to express their views. It has been fun so far and hoping we continue in the same vein.

He was male antagonist’s brother… initially he was supposed to be few scenes trouble maker… but later he became one of the main villains ki jhund … his acting was that good…

there he was Sooraj, here he is Sashi… btw, he was made fun of for his gelled baaal there🤣

I have made fun of almost everyone in the show. My opinions and comments are strictly limited to the characters and never try to get into their personal spaces. I hope I didn’t offend anybody. I absolutely agree with all your comments that everybody is entitled to their opinions. I don’t think i can strictly support one character in the show given how they changing their characterization each day.
