Problem in watching web series help please

I am having problem in watching show online Karle tu bhi mohhabat from 4 episode to 8 . Don't know why?
I Have subscribed for full year also..

I have watched first five episodes which were free. haven't subscribed yet. so can't help u. sorry

Are u watching on youtube or app?
Also if u r on fb or twitter complain to AltBalaji

as of now nothing is working then i contacted a software engineer

he suggested to use a diff browser

i watched with firefox but it gets interrupted and its horrible to watch without sequence

yet to find a solution

I have also mailed he said his team will get in touch with me.
Uff i am felling so angry.I also dont know... 😡
What can we do only can do complaint and wait...
Hope this will fix soon...
