Here, Priya too was having a problem of her own, though she was good in all subjects, this was one subject which brought her dreadful dreams- Chemistry. She was having a problem remembering an important equation which would help her solve a 10 mark problem & she was on the verge of tears when she suddenly remembers how Ram was staring at her in the morning, & blushes. Shaking her head & she continues writing the last exam of her lifetime{hopefully!!}.
Time's up!! & Priya happily hands over her paper, satisfied that she had performed well she walked out of her exam hall & goes over to her usual hangout place near the college entrance & Voila!! Ram is standing ahead, smiling. She blinks her eyes thinking its her imagination, but no, he really is standing.
She smiles back & goes near him & says " if you wouldn't have given me lift, then i would have failed!! Thank you so much!!" & hugs him😳
Ram hugs her back thinking gosh!! her skin is so soft. He suddenly comes out of his thoughts & says " you left your phone on the dashboard in the morning so i thought i would return it back..."
Aww thank you so much, your so nice!!! Priya exclaims taking her phone back.
Ram: Since your car is still broken i can drop you home, if you don't mind...
Priya: Its fine Mr.Ram, i'll manage, i've troubled you enough...
Ram: It was no trouble Priya, it was a gentlemanly gesture & please call me Ram...
Priya: Ok, if its no problem then, i think i will accept your lift again😊
Ram: Great!!! shall we leave then??
Priya: Sure, this exam gives me a headache...
Ram: Btw, Which subject did you have today?
Priya: Chemistry, didn't you hear me babbling & cramming like crazy??
Ram: No, i didn't. After you told me to look on the road & drive, i didn't dare to lose concentration...
Priya(biting her tongue): Oh, sorry about that. I always get jumpy during Chemistry exam...
I didn't mean to offend you...
Ram: Its fine Priya, no offense taken either!! I don't mean to pry but do you have any special holiday plans??
Priya(her face lights up immediately): Yup, first i'll learn how to ride a motorbike, then go to Shimla to cool off & then come back & try my hand at bungee jumping, visit my grandparents... looking at her excitedly discussing her holiday plans with him made Ram think if he marries her then he's going to have one hell of an exciting life filled with sweet uncertainties😉😊.
Ram is still lost in thoughts when Priya says" i'm going to die young you know if you don't look on the road & drive..."
Priya laughs saying got you again😉 & Ram snaps out of his thoughts feeling embarrassed & frowns.
Ram: how can you laugh about something as serious as death??
Priya(biting her tongue again, trying to explain): Sorry, i didn't mean to piss you off...
Ram(smirking): gotcha!!
They enjoy each other's company & baaton baaton mein Priya ka ghar aajata hai. Ram is surprised looking at the palatial bungalow & thinks though she's rich she doesn't flaunt her riches.
Priya gets down the car, thanks Ram again for helping her & goes towards the gate. The watchman looks like he's old enough to be her grandfathers age, he stands up & salutes her; She admonishes him for siting in the sun, takes his hand & puts it on her head as if seeking his blessings & tells him to come inside with her. Looking at this Ram is determined to make Priya his bride, hes still thinking when Priya notices him & asks him whether he wants something, Ram smiles shaking his head in negation & drives away.
Priya is confused at seeing Ram smile & goes inside where her mother is waiting for her...
