Ram aur priya phir ek baar phir galti ya foolishness kar rahe hain...
I mean juhi ko false statement mein saath de rahe hain...
Juhi ne jhooth bola aur ram ne easily accept bhi kar liya, uss statement ko diye huye kitne din ho gaye hain , but ram ne koshish bhi nahi ki , ki kisi aur tareeke se ye matter sought out ho jaye...without lying in court or giving false statement, this is totally wrong as ram thought that juhi has made big sacrifice by doing this by keeping her reputation on stake for him and making priya also with him and with statement is wrong, he should think that now juhi is going to be his bhabhi or sister in law he should not appriciate this step, more over priya also agreed to it, I know she is going to court only to know how juhi will say false statement and then that time through her voice and eyes she can come to know wether she loves ram or not , obviously she has full faith on ram but she is doubting juhi and that time when juhi will lie in court she will come to know about her feelings for ram.
But the thing is ram and priya both should have stopped this false thing happen any further because it will make juhi's reputation down as they are seeing her as a lady how come they can accept such false statement that will harm a woman reputation , whether the lady is in relation or how close to them but false is false, ram and priya both should have not given their acceptance for such statement and more over it will harm their relationship also as the statement will go official in court the other side lawyer will ask about priya and that time ram will say or his lawyer will say that they are divorced and can show the proofs of ram juhi marriage in court ( at least agar ye hota hai toh ram juhi ki shaadi ki baat tho priya ke saamne ayegi), The statement will make ram juhi's relationship official in court and when they come home see the news papers headings about their relationships then there are chances that ram will marry juhi on the day of juhi sid wedding or this reason or some other reason as he will held himself guilty for her reputation.
Now some Important Points.
1. How come Mr. Tycoon doesn't have tax receipts at his office , every transaction have double effect so he must be carrying the same.
2. Now days tax are paid by net or you can say e-filing so how come the data can be lost from official sites of government about tax payers.
3. The officer who said that ram kapoor has bribed him must be carrying some proofs or anybody can trust anyone's foolish lie, the officer must also be in danger and his job too and that proofs must have been submitted to the court and in police station , Is the investigation team is foolish ...may be but ram can put is hired officers for such investigation and let the truth be in front of every one but he hasn't tried.
4. Why ram the business tycoon hasn't lit up his tube light and checked his accounts and made a point that all the taxes have been paid on time, even if his accounts are spoiled by someone then also he could have checked the tax returns and payments made by him on government site as no one can manipulate data on that as the site is highly protected.
5. How come court hasn't seen his past records and his full solvency towards government and paying taxes on time as no court will issue such charge on such highly profiled tycoon without checking full details and without getting all proofs correct.
6. As he is a tycoon and holds big business group government authorities will always work in people interests i.e in the interest of creditors and its members and will see that the whole group of companies is also serving to country and it will not take such decisions that are based on false statement by any officer and that will go against public interest . But here government will try to save the company not its ceo as both are different identity but then also authority's officers will make proper investigation in such high profile business case.
Now some other poits...
1. When juhi will lie in court will court not ask with what relationship priya is living with ram????
2. Juhi and sid's marriage news were in news papers , will court not ask that you are having relationship with elder brother and marring younger one????
3. These all question will ruin her image or reputation and ram will feel guilty and will decide to marry juhi, may be on marriage day sid steps back for some reason and ram comes forefront to marry juhi...
4. May be juhi wants the same thing to happen(as pointed above) so that ram emotionally marries her for saving her reputation.
5.Ram is now only feeling guilty that juhi has scarified her reputation for him and when all this happen then he will emotionally take such decision and will going to ruin his and priya's life.
Well priya only want his happiness and we all want raya happiness but with such decision ram will make himself cry and sad so in return priya will be sad and when raya are sad we will be sad, that is the reason that we get hurt by such decision making as raya will be hurt.
More over What cv's think that people don't know about Tax laws or other laws of their own country and people also don't know what's the definition of a tycoon. Well this is really ridiculous...They expect people to digest whatever they show whether it's correct or not , well today's world is much different from that is 10 years back, such concepts had worked that time but now people are more intelligent and carry's more knowledge than before.
