Seven months after his exit, Samir Kochhar returns
to Bade Achhe Laggte Hain as Rajat Kapoor . This
time, too, he plays saviour to Priya Kapoor , played
by Sakshi Tanwar .
He says, "Rajat returned to Dubai after realising
that he couldn't be with Priya . However, he
returns now after learning of a crisis where lives,
Priya's in particular, could be lost." Does he have
reservations playing an older character (the show
has taken another time-leap)? He replies, "I do not
have kids on the show and my character is such
that age has never been a prerequisite. Yes, I am
playing an older character but his age has never
been defined nor is he married, so it doesn't
bother him as it's a strong character. I am glad to
be a part of the show again as it has given me a lot
of household recognition."
