No you are forgetting one thing Priya being alive Ram's marriage to Ayesha is Illegal and VOID, it has no meaning so when Priya said that she can come back to KM anytime she is right, and on the other hand Ayesha can file a case and all that ...so right now Ayesha has no status...I am kind of surprised that CVs are not taking care if this issue, they have to clear Ram and Aysha marriage soon, I still have hopes that they are not married legally, I have a feeling that its just for namesake,Ayesha is using Ram;s name. anyway hope they clear this mess soon..

Not that I would like if this happen but Ayesha unfortunately has a very good case if this goes legal way. It was Priya who staged her death and made everyone believe that she is dead. She didn't feel the need to check Ram for 5 years. Ram married Ayesha because he thought Priya is dead. Now she just can't come back after 5 years and claim she is Ram's wife and ask Ayesha to leave her husband for her. Even if it was just for namesake Ram married Ayesha. Only thing which can help Priya is if she plays little dirty and claim Ayesha purposefully gave false statement against her in court so that Ayesha can trap Ram in her absence. She had to run and stay away as her and her daughter's life was in danger because had she come back ayesha would have harmed her. Knowing Priya's character this is not going to happen and knowing it's ekta's serial anything illogical can be shown any time and you never know may be Ayesha will play mahan now and leave KM for Priya.
