Are Rishab and Nathasha Ram's step brother and sister or are they some one else? Niharrika does not seem to love hem as much as Sid ? Why?

I don't think she even loves Sid. She doesnt love anybody other than herself. She tolerates Sid and Ishika because they follow her like chamchas and do her bidding if required . But Nutz and Rishab have a mind of their own and donot do Niharikas chamchagiri.

Niharika is one self-cantered bi*%h to whom nothing but money matters. She doesn't care for her kids leave alone Ram. I am sure she is hardly bothered about her brother aka Shiney Mama also.
