Apologies that I was not able to get the take earlier. Had no excuse to postpone my passport appointment since my hubby was gonna erupt like the volcano anytime.Worse thing is I need to go again tomo and would miss the episode😭 But after those heated discussions in the forum, this break was welcome for my own good. Just got to watch the episode and here's the take for today! For all those who were crying foul about the tracks, we are on track today after a brief stop at the passion station y'day! And today was back to reality and bam we were dropped on the ground just in time to recover from the assault to our senses y'day!
Today was more the continuation to the Thursday's episode where we finally see reactions to the cat fight. Ayesha storms into her room and locks herself up. Her tears telling the embarassment she suffered and the breaking of those million dreams in one second. Outside we see a worried parents, THANK GOD! I was wondering if they would ever react! Shipra wants to rush to her daughter's side to console her just like any mom would and Sudhir stops her as usual. He lets her know that she needs this alone time and his daughter is stronger than she thinks!
Nutz on the other hand is really upset and informs Karthik about how she put her designer credibility on the line to make Ayesha as the show stopper and ended up being humiliated. I tell you.. This girl is smart. She's gonna play it right. I think she's gonna get some benefit of the doubt till she is proven guilty! The law says so and I would be surprised to see human behavior otherwise esp Karthik and Ram's.
She plays the victim card and hence changes Karthik's mind! He ends up feeling sad for her state and decides to stay with her instead of returning home.
Karthik calls Sudhir to initially enquire about Ayesha and inform him abt their plans to directly come over to Kapoor Mansion for holi celebrations. He lets him know that he cannot leave Nutz alone in this condition since she is really upset and feels that apology would make things alright! Oh Poor Karthik.. You need to start thinking faster honey. I hope you understand your duties as a brother too!
MORNING AFTER: I had a huge grin throughout this scene😃
Ram and Priya lay next to each other. The dawning of reality sets in after a eyelock about their physical state and a quick moment of embarassment with their heads turning sideways. There is a FB of their previous night.Ram returns to his Golu avataar. Priya gets back to taking charge and being the Sherni. She tries to remove her bindi from Ram's shoulders and our Golu doesn't let her do it and insists him acting upon it. Priya understands his shyness and doesn't leave a stone unturned to enjoy the moment. Priya questions the time and Golu lets her know its abt 9.30 and she wonders they slept so late and what would they tell the family members since it was Holi. And Golu responds that she should get ready instead of talking and wondering😆 Priya lets him know of their state and Golu gets hold of his kurta and asks her not to complain since thats the first piece of clothing he could get.Priya asks him to turn around and Golu promptly closes his eyes till he receives further instructions.Priya comments about how the Kurta was soo loose and finally he opens his eyes to look at her for a quick second before turning away once again. She returns to get her earring from under his head and Priya mischieviously plays around with a smile😃

Priya gets ready in a simple yet beautiful saree and finds Golu still in bed. Ofcourse.. He was not gonna get out before the room becomes empty. Watch how he holds onto his blanket as the last resort to bachaofy his izzat😆. Priya asks him to get ready since everyone would be waiting for them but Golu asks her to get ready and leave first.thoroughly amused. She tells him that its her, actually their first Holi and they should be getting down together. Golu tells her that those things don't matter to him and he would get ready later and join her as he is not interested in Holi anywyz. his expressions were absolutely like tht 40 year old child here. absolutely cute. Return of the OCD kapoor about the hatred of colors, dirt and dust makes Priya more amused. She smiles and starts with the teasing of his previous night statements about changing for her and drinking nimboo pani from roadside. Golu tries to tell her that last night was something else and so was the situation.Priya places her hand on the already scared Golu's chest asking him to stop making excuses and get downstairs to play Holi.She asks him to stop behaving like they did some chori since they are actually married and didn't commit anything wrong.😆 He asks her to remove her hand and she tells him she would but only after he listens to her. It's her first holi and she wants him there to apply colors on her first. Golu tells her to stop being stubborn and Priya tells him that she was gonna wait for him to come and apply colors and that too before the whole family. Golu tells her that he wouldn't come and she tells him that she would see that too!😆 Before leaving, she adds fuel to the embarrasment by informing him that she would send bansi kaka to clear up all those candles he lit😃😆 and he should get ready. Golu dear doesn't want anyone to know what has happened. He tells her not to send anyone since he would do all the clean up himself and he was going to lock the bedroom doors too😆 He requests her not to send anyone once again. Oh Golu!😳
The morning at Sharma's see a visibly upset Ayesha who convinces her Dad about being absent for the holi party. And she is confident that priya di would understand her too since she loves her. It was too hard for her to show her face after such insults to Kapoor house.
Holi re Holi
Dadi asks Chutki the whereabouts of Ram and Priya since its their first holi and are not visible out there. She comments if Nih lost her mind even before bhaang. Mamaji tells her that the asli avatar today was Sid who tells them that;s already the past. Niharika madam thinks that its still not done since Ram and Priya would have had a battle indoors and hence not stepped out of their room till now. Ab iska kya kehna? I was just ROFL-ing. Bechari Nih.. Andar ladai hui thi.. par aap soch rahe the.. waise nahi..😆 She was gloating thinking they have had a huge fight.
Nuts and Karthik arrive for the party and Nutz gives a cold shoulder to both Sudhir and Shipra. Karthik tries to defend that she is upset but Shipra gives him a mouthful that obviously she has changed his mind and he wouldn't care for his Sis!
Dadi calls Nutz to respect her inlaws and apply colors to them. Nutz grudgingly does it to please Dadi and Sudhir and shipra try maintaining a straight face.Once Nutz leaves they have a discussion on the same and Shipra is really upset at his behavior. Meanwhile Sid meets them and assures to get Ayesha to the holi party. Karthik gets an earful too once he asks abt Sid's sudden exit.
Priya meets them and they are overjoyed. She enquires about Ayesha and Sudhir tells her that she knows her sister and how she cannot handle it. Priya agrees that they would solve it together and they shouldn't be worried. While Shipra tries to place colors on her face, Priya asks her to hold on since she is married and she might want to wait till Ram arrives. They agree and the episode ends with Priya's longing face looking for Ram.
Precap shows Sid at the sharma's and convincing Ayesha trying to take the opportunity on his side. Ayesha is not willing to and he tells her that there is no better day than today to teach Nutz the lesson.
Thoughts on the morning after: I saw a few posts about Ram's reactions. And I think they were spot on. Y'day was a big day and a long night. Even y'day, they didn't let Ram go overboard on all the reasons for his love. While he has progressed a little from being immature in matters of the heart, he still has a long way to go. If priya didn't take charge or give him those reactions, he might have not gone ahead to consummate. He was carefully watching her every reaction and then made gentle moves. He finally opened up his heart and got on his knees for his special person immediately followed by the physical proximity. But I didn't see regrets today. There was shyness yes. Embarrassment yes. But no regrets or having done something he shouldn't have. The man needed the space to regroup himself. He was vulnerable exposed physically and mentally. Watch how he doesn't even expose anything but his face till Priya leaves the room. Not even when she leaves to get ready.His wife whom he had a sleeping distance and a non attachment mentally was now his in the whole sense. That was shown repeatedly with his eyes not meeting hers and just quick glances. His disapproval to send bansi kaka revealed his embarassment. Ofcourse,.. which man wants his head butler to know he lit a thousand candles to do IT? Tht ways, I think they did stick to the characterization very well. and what a day to remind us the OCD Kapoor than Holi. Coincidence or not.. He was trying to get himself to relive those moments which have been a big leap.
Priya recognized it. She read him right. She was not upset with his behaviour but understood his discomfort. She played along and teased to enjoy the moment.She gave him the signals that she wasn't embarassed since she was married to him and it was fine.But doesn't go overboard to knowing his nature.She derived this behavior for his not playing holi so it will be interesting if they would show them applying colors. But Iam sure he would since Vik and Neha are gonna be there tomo. She would make him apply colors and be prepared to see Golu avatar even tomo. While I would have liked a playful Golu, that would have been a sea change. Too good.. too soon. So Iam willing to wait the wait. He has come so far and would surely get better. And Priya would be running for cover the moment he turns his naughty boy side on.😉
Overall an episode that is going to progress the story which many seemed to miss yesterday. I hope there is no complaining on that end.
P.P.S - The couple were infact wearing clothes under the green blanket. Got a quick sneak peak at the white kurta Ram wore during the scene. Rest assured.. No nudity!😆
