Sipra all the way!!

I read that Ekta has changed the director of the show, it is showing, Sipra has been toned down, today with her performance Renuka somewhat justified her place in the serial...aaj ki do baatein...

1) Sipra is upset, she is desparate to get her daughter married, the marriage bureau man tells her that her daughter's past is coming in her way...Sipra takes out her anger on her daughter's ex, who happens to live in the same building...I know in Indian society a girl having a past affair is still regarded as a flaw and a bad guilt, like Sipra wishes her daughter gets a better husband than her ex in every way is something every mother wishes but then I have a small reservation here...why it should be guilt of the girl's family that she had a past affair, in a city like Mumbai where girls/boys study together what is wrong in having an affair, opposites attract and then things don't work out for various reasons, I have seen in most hindi serial it is being potrayed as a stigma on the girl...why? Ha theek hai huwa affair but things did not work out and now my daughter wants a good husband...The mother has been restrained and thanks to the new director I would like to watch a meaningful role from her...

2) It seems Ram's young step mother is now getting entangled in her own web, as far as I am concerned I would rather watch Ram and Priya getting married as part as natural circumstances, maybe failing to get a proper groom for her, Ram proposes himself, I would love to watch that scene from Ram Kapoor the actor, rather then their marriage becoming a part of his mother's conspiracy or sazish, I think those saas-bahu elements better not touch this serial...

Last but not the least...Sakuni mama has been introduced grrr...I only wish his speedy departure, San Francisco is waiting for his arrival as I believe we have enough elements in the show now who can keep us entertained we do not need him...

Shipra amazing acting!

I have objection to this very fact, here also they show Ashwin ditched Priya for her rich friend...nothing is wrong with that, all I want to say as time has come that girls should not hold any guilt or be object of pity if their past relationship did not work out for some reason or the other. Today girls like Priya are no less capable than any man. Being Indian mother or for that matter any mother, Sipra does have a right to want her daughter to be married and be happy, yes the new rista has brought joy into the house too, it is very natural.
