How come only Shub and Astha can help Rahil? Why is he only effected to this problem and not two other brother? Did they show Rahil's face in drama yet?

That's what I don't understand, if the entire Ranawat khandaan knows abt this ( acc to the article ) except Aastha, how come only Shubh goes to the Teesri Manzil....why doesn't it effect the 2 other brothers and who took care of him when Shubh was abroad 😕

okei abt dis why shubh only 2day i was talking 2 aastha and i asked dis she was likeeeee only shubh can handle rahil aka swayammmmm ...meien pocha logic kya hai she said logic toh mujhe bhi maloom 😆 😆 😆

maybe rahil is shubhs twin and i noe they dont look alike but some how they might resemble in the natak and the payal dance girl sees him and calms down
