Help wanted - can somebody check out this post of mine, and fill in there who plays Bansi, Kamala, Dumroo and Bhushan?

I was previously rooting for Surli, thinking that a good way to move on would be Surli & Amarti going their own ways. But after Murli's bhashan @ the wedding, I'm sure glad Surli didn't end up w/ him. But I hope they don't just reform RA and have him crawl back to her.

that would be just terrible! don't think Amarti had more than friendship - even though Amit may have wanted more I never really saw that they could be and that just reminded me of the look Murli pulled when Amarti hugged...jealous much?

@ Rae, you are right. i too have a very uncomfortable feeling about the way sudha cries over somebody else's husband.

I don't blame her for falling slighly in love with Murli - after all she sees him as her saviour but even then she just gives this strange vibe and I'm glad she's out of the picture! 😃

i don't think that sudha is TOTALLY out of the picture for now but that's coming. I didn't really like her . i didn't get the character i guess and when i look at it this character didn't bring anything to the serial cause just when she fell in love with murli, bharti came back in his life...

@Rae, even i don't blame her for falling in love with murli. initially she didn't know he was married and going through a divorce period.
what i don't like is her crying now... once she came know that murli was a married man, she should have been happy for her friend and should have tried to find her own man...
the bottom line is murli never loved her. it was just humanitarian...he himself said that...

i have a feeling that she can get obsessed with murli, if she continues to stay at his home.

You gotta be kidding!!!

See, Murli didn't have to go thru a ceremonial marriage, since he had been thru it once, and w/ that same bride. So all he had to do this time was get the divorce revoked and take Bharti home. Particularly if he doesn't believe in things like shubh mahurats and apshakuns and all that - not everybody has to. Just do the simple straightforward thing.

But it was Murli who asked to get re-married, and that he wanted to follow every custom w/ its significance. Well, if that's what he wants, follow the rules, whatever they are - don't just make up your own. If Murli wants the traditional ceremonial marriage, let him follow all those customs. If he doesn't want to follow the customs, let him just do a registrar's marriage - and in this case, since he's already married, just revoke the divorce, and make it official again.

But trying to have things both ways, and chewing the head of the poor priest was IMO terrible. The priest too has not just his rights, but duties to do what is expected of him. Murli doesn't like his decision, and therefore launches into a bhashan of mammoth proportions? If Murli is such a genius, why didn't he officiate his own marriage?

Besides, when he made a mockery of the vows he took the first time - who cares whether he meant it or not, he took it - why should it be taken seriously this time either?

Note that I'm not a stickler for being uptight about these rasams. But I do believe that either one does them w/ the entire rules, or one just goes for a registrar's marriage, and throw a reception & party as one chooses. But picking a ceremonial marriage, and then dictating the ceremonies one wants or not - that to me is a 'na ghar ka na ghat ka'.

I suppose one can't just switch off their feelings like that even if it was one sided (though to be fair to her she did try & hide it from Bharti...)

Yeah, I think that since Astami is coming as the new main addition, along w/ Kartik & Murari, Sudha and Amit are probably gone. Amit will probably be a side-show like Bhushan, while Sudha's cameo role is over.

Only Jhumka seems here to stay. I wonder whether Kartik/Astami will try sabotaging her marriage to Dumroo, since it was reported that they'd oppose Gau and foil her plans.
