can anyone tall me why did gattu leave his job ?

i know it wasnt a reputated one but his colleagues over them loved him so much

and then what really happend?

Well, Ba decided that it is best for him to stay at the house and help others in the family, as this is his "job".

Plus, it would be comforting for the workers, who were always distracted by his antics.
