Yudhishthir- Aamir Khan/Jisshu Sengupta

Bheem - Rana Daggubati

Arjun - Ranbir/Ayushmann/Ranveer (he is a very good actor and the diametrically opposite of Arjun in expressing emotions and that would be a unique casting )

Nakul/Sahdev - Whoever is the best looking, Sahdev maybe someone with intelligent eyes.

Draupadi - Deepika Padukone

Karna - Shah Rukh Khan (think in terms of Darr and Baazigar, because I think he does "i have been wronged" kinda tragic grey characters well)

Duryodhan- Ajay Devgan

Dushashan - Vishal Jethwa!

Kunti- Taboo/Kajol

Gandhari - Preity Zinta

Bheeshma - Amitabh Bachchan

Drona - Naseeruddin Shah

Shakuni - Nawazuddin

Subhadra - Shraddha Kapoor (it will be too insignificant a role for Alia)

Abhimanyu, Uttara - Varun Dhawan, Parineeti Chopra

Satyavati - Taboo maybe could do this. Or Rekha for the older version definitely.

Dhritarashtra - Anil Kapoor (IK too good looking a Dhrit xD)

Literally everyone has the same choice of actor in Bhishma's case. What about the young Devavrat?😆

If MB ever graces big screens, I'd prefer lesser known/new faces having proper knowledge and respect for the epic. Bloated star powers will lead to ugly ego clashes and Bollywood guys hardly know the ABC of Mahabharata.

BigB will insist it is Junior B. But ugh no. The oath scene will need a good actor, and even the whole Amba episode. Who is your choice? 😆

There are many good actors but none will suit the younger version of AB if he is doing the role for most part. So I would suggest to begin from the birth of YBANS + Dury Dushy etc. That case when they return to HP Bhishma is already old.

However, it will be impossible to explain his death if Amba episode is skipped. 😒
