Yes BR Chopra whitewashed Drona and some people on twitter thought it's true. Please don't bring Ekta jisne MB ka khoon kar diya😆. Antariksh was just inspired. Maharaj Ki Jai Ho is a comedy where they are doing comedy. These both shows are fine. But they need to make accurate if they showing mythology because many people follow that only. The novel you are talking about I think it was about her going in modern world.
