Animation shop is usually right below jasc paintshop pro in the start menu... but if you have installed Psp customally n not selected animation shop then it wont be ther.

i suggest you look for it on your comp thru...start > search > files n folders > animation shop 3

and if it doesnt show up...re install psp!
